GoogleIan Knibbs, senior property manager at Linley and Simpson's Harrogate, has managed a complete refurbishment of our two bedroom flat overlooking the Stray. This work was carried out to budget, within the time allocated, and to our satisfaction. Ian's advice on colour scheme and materials, and his working relationship with local tradespeople delivered a flat which is more attractive to the letting market.
