Very poor service to prospective tenants. Lackadaisical attitude. Agent was late showing up to viewing. Once i viewed the property, i said i wanted to take it. Not really interested. Just told to register on website. Chased application but told it was down to the landlord to make a choice on who they preferred. When i said i wanted to withdraw, the attitude of the agent was "i dont give a toss". Obviously this company do not need new business. Avoid at all costs

His knowledge of the area and of the homes he has shown have been extremely valuable in making a good decision for our family. When we had to fill out much paperwork, we’ve worked with Susan, who has been extremely helpful in answering all our questions accurately and honestly. This is a great level of customer service we've seen rarely during our short time in Harrogate and we wanted to express our gratitude to both Mark & Sue for not only being very professional, but very thorough and timely in their interactions with us.

GoogleWonderful service! Linley & Simpson letting agent Mark has been a star over the many years I have lived in Harrogate and had need to find a new flat to let. Mark is extremely knowledgeable with not just the town but the properties that he has shown me. He takes the time to learn what I need and adapts quickly to help me find it. He's got a fantastic attitude, great with people, and simply wonderful to work with. Linley has done themselves right by having him as one of their main letting agents. I could not be happier with their services, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to let anywhere in the Harrogate Borough area.

Even though they aren’t local to our area, the team were very accessible with arranging viewings and handling our queries. Upon exchange, they were also incredibly helpful and accommodating with arranging exchange of keys.Our agent was Cal, and she was fantastic. As a first time buyer I had ideologies that buying a house would be fun and some what exciting. However in today's climate I encountered what could only be described as a lion's den. Estate agents that would advertise properties where they don't have access, had already sold or stating they only had access on a Tuesday at 11am. In short... after four months of experiencing this and still looking, I was ready to give up. Then I met Manuel and Katie at Bingley Branch of Linley and Simpson. My excitement was instantly restored. They answered questions, called me back, arranged viewings and after only a week I am in the process of buying my first dream home with them.
