We have not been landlords before and we decided on Linley and Simpson Pudsey as our managing agents, as they are close to our son’s property. We met Oliver on our first visit and he has dealt with everything for us, which has been brilliant. He is professional and has moved everything forward so efficiently. I applied for a rental property and Rebecca was on hand to help during emails and phone calls. Then Keith showed me around the property and was very polite and informative. Brilliant estate agents, Lisa and Hayley were super fast and reliable with their communication and really helpful with solving any problems - definitely made the whole process much less stressful than usual. I had to move in and out at short notice, and they were great at making that happen in the time-frame needed.Would definitely recommend.

I had the chance to view some flats with Jade. Jade was really friendly, having a really pleasant personality. I saw two flats, one of them ticking all the boxes, so that was a really smooth experience. Also, Jade was willing to explain the whole process, even without me asking.Also, went through the documentation process with Sebastian, again having a smooth experience. I would definitely recommend!

Nicola has been incredibly helpful with sorting out the change of sharer for where I rent. Any time I had a question, no matter how silly it was, Nicola was always able to answer the question. We needed another key for our property and Nicola managed to arrange for all of that to happen with ease.

I have had issues with a difficult tenant, who raised several maintenance issues, before requesting to leave early (thank goodness). A number of things needed to be dealt with, potentially costing us a lot of money. Thanks to Philippa Hickson for, firstly finding new tenants and, secondly, identifying the damage caused by the outgoing tenant and ensuring that they will be responsible for putting things right. Philippa provided a high level of customer service. Her communication, support and attention to detail was excellent and very much appreciated.
