Anthony Pepe have been nothing but excellent in all our dealings with them. From the moment we met Martin we knew this was an agency we could trust. He was not pushy at all, unlike some of the other agents we met, but was clearly knowledgeable about his area and had our interests at heart.

From the first contact with Anthony Pepe to arrange a viewing up until the moment we were handed the keys, I found every part of their service to be excellent, effiicient and friendly. We had a week from viewing to get all the references and payments done to ensure we could move in on our desired date, which thanks to their endeavours, we managed to do. The viewing was informative, and the agent who showed us, James, was friendly and helpful when showing us the property. And once we had decided to put down the holding deposit and make an offer, he was quick to phone the landlord and secure the property for us.
From then on we dealt with the property manager at Anthony Pepe, Jayne, who was always on hand to help and whom was easily contactable and friendly when trying to sort out the references and get the payments complete. Thanks to her efficiency and professionalism, we were able to get all of the required documents completed in time to move in on our desired date and are now happy in our new home. I would definitely use Anthony Pepe again, and will be recommending them to my friends and family should they ever want to move to North London.

I have had excellent Letting Service from Anthony Pepe, especially the Letting Manager. Her most polite and gentle attitude whilst presenting herself with the job allocated. Her thorough way of working during the different stages of letting, is handled in the most professional manner.
