Throughout the whole process they have been extremely quick to respond and engage, kept us up to date on progress and very professional. They took away a lot of hassle in terms of managing the chain and getting us to a successful purchase. They are the worst. They lied to us about contract updates, they are unbelievably rude and, worst of all, they are totally incompetent. They are clowns of the highest order... I mean, their own staff write in and give themselves 5 stars on google ... what does that tell you ?

GoogleDuring the complete lockdown starting in march 2020 we did not get a penny from these people.. it is a 3 bedroom flat and was told 4 people maximum only are allowed to live in my property.we were also told they all work and there will not be a problem. Due to covid 19 they all lost there jobs My neighbours would call us everyday for 6 months as the tenants had all lost there jobs and were now having parties and shouting and screaming singing until the early hours of the morning We had photos sent to us to show at least 10 people living there. It was reported to the local council by ourselves . The council said it is a HMO situation where tt is illegal to have so many people living there. I was told that we would have to pay £100 per person on top of the council tax. SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE AS THESE AGENTS SAID 4 PEOPLE WERE TO RENT THE PROPERTY BUT THERE ARE 8 TO 10 PEOPLE INSTEAD. CANNOT BELIEVE THE 5⭐ REVIEWS BEEN A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Aside from being consistently rude, patronising and generally incompetent (felt slight prejudice undertones during conversations with them) They have lied numerous times about very specific information and have violated specific consumer laws such as unsafe electrics within the property (trips out the whole house, numerous non working sockets and dodgey room to room wiring)We have been reasonable with requests such as cleaning damp that was supposed to be cleaned prior to moving in and being met with general hostility and being told to ‘clean it yourself’ a direct quote...insanity. Some requests have been out right ignored.Not to mention them being cahoots with the landlord. Sending over electricians that aren’t registered electricians but family friends and empty fulfilment of promises and responsibilities. The whole experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Unacceptable service.Judging by the amount of fake reviews on here and their over eagerness to reply to negative ones goes to show the state of it. Not to mention the ludicrous prices post moving out that they’re quoting us from thin air from a ‘cleaner’Considering taking it higher as I am genuinely shocked at their business and don’t feel comfortable letting something like this continue on.Don’t rent from them and may god be with who ever rents with them next.

GoogleAnna Molczan-Gierczak at the Green Lanes branch is amazing. Both professional and personal. Its so rare to find a letting agent who genuinely has your best interest at heart. She got me the flat i wanted to rent and has done so much for me. As a first time renter she guided me through the process seemlessly and i have to say if i ever need help in any future moves i will seek her out! I wish all Property Consultants could be like her. I also would like to state that the whole of the Green Lanes branch are professional and very helpful with any query or request. I couldn't have hoped for a better first experience. I WILL recommend them to anyone who is in need of this service. I hope the owner of Anthony Pepe sees this, she's a real asset to you. I wish you well for the future Anna! Natasha

GoogleJust secured a house with Anthony Pepe, Green Lanes. Really chilled, straightforward and authentic business. In my 10 years of renting, I've always felt frustrated and tricked with estate agents but with Pepe, it's been very relaxing. Thank you especially to Loui who has been very patient with our needs, even though we've been annoying due to covid-19 complications! What a guy! I'm genuinely pleased, relieved and feel like i'm in good hands. Also, the house is real nice with a charming summer garden. Going to celebrate this evening with some champagne.. alright maybe just prosecco. Luisa

GoogleI unexpectedly found myself having to enter the rental market after more than 20 years, and I was looked after fantastically well by Loui and the Anthony Pepe lettings team. All communications were polite, professional and timely. All my questions were answered courteously at all times, and at no point did I feel pressured into making any decisions that weren't right for me. I was given excellent information at every step of the process, and was assisted and supported all the time. From the tenant's perspective, I can highly recommend this estate agency.

GoogleMost unprofessional agency in my opinion. They showed me a property on the 19h of December. I was the first to see it. I immediately said I'd take it. They then continued to show the property to a number of other people that day and apparently procured a few offers. They then asked me to up my offer, which I did and then I never heard from them again! I'll never use them again on principle and I will never recommend using them.

GoogleAfter almost a year of unsuccessfully trying to sell our property, in which we moved between three key local estate agencies, we eventually signed with a fourth, Anthony Pepe, who genuinely proved to be more proactive, efficient and sincere than all the previous three combined. The sense of having a team there, all genuinely pushing for us was clearly palpable, and ultimately when it came to getting results they more than delivered - constantly finding and bringing viewing parties to the property and securing buyers. When one buyer fell through they went out of their way to replace them, which they did quickly, ensuring that we did not lose our dream home at the other end of the chain. Customer service was second to none and we never ever felt ignored or that we weren't anything other than a top priority for the team at all times. Everyone worked very hard for us but Aaron Gardener in particular was a pleasure to deal with - we owe him everything! highly recommended.

GoogleSpoke to Anthony Pepe estate agents sales today 21/07/16 @ 12:30 and spoke to sales. Looking for a two bed with a tiny bit of outside space ideally 375,000 met with a hugely arrogant response from the representative telling me that he'd sold a one bed in the area for 415,000 giving me the impression that what I was offering wasn't worth him getting out of bed for, I live in the area and am viewing a two bed later today for 349,000 so they are out there. He then went on too show off about 14 sales this month giving me the impression that my business is not really required and that I should be made to feel fortunate that he's even taking time to talk to me. They didn't seem to proud when they rang me two or three times last month and continuously inundate me with emails etc I don't know whether it's just estate agent bravado trying to pigeon chest the brexit slump or just arrogance but it put me off for good. I'll just go to another estate agent there's plenty out there who would be happy to offer customer service even with my meagre offerings. You might have 14 sales this month but what about next? Anthony Pepe please don't forget the reason your sat at your desk and the damage that poor customer service and negative posts can create

GoogleWe were recommended Anthony Pepe by another Estate Agent in another area. Mina dealt with the sale and from the outset and stated we were in control and that proved to be the point throughout the process. We didn't feel hassled at any time and were constantly kept up to date with what was happening as well as being offered advice and guidance. Towards exchange he dealt comprehensively and quickly with solicitors and other estate agents to get the end result. Would highly recommend them.
