I have to say that Stephanie from Anthony Pepe has been absolutely wonderful. She's been really fast, responsive and very helpful in communications. Especially after I had spoken to extreamly rude man on the phone that didn't want to help me at all, even though I was stil under a one year contract I had signed and payed a lot of money for. An expeience can be really different with depending on who you talk to. I'd recomend you try to have Stephanie as a point of contact if you are signing up with Anthony Pepe.

I had LOTS of bad experiences with estate agents in both London and New York in the past. so going into a sale of my own property, i was dreading the prospects, and was planning to interview and advertise with multiple agents, especially since my situation was very challenging and i needed to sell fast, having to move to another continent very quickly and put my home on the market and trust the agents to resolve it for me while being so far away. But i was lucky that the first agent i met was Tim, who impressed me not only by his knowledge, but also sophistication in behavior that gave me the confidence to choose Anthony Peppe as my sole agent and completely entrust the process to Tim while i already moved out of the country. On top of this, my buyer was also a very nice person, but had a very slow lawyer, so there was lots of uncertainty for me whether they would go through causing some stress... During this whole process Tim managed all sides very professionally and tactfully, with lots of sensibility and intelligence. AP were very efficient from the beginning, organizing very high quality photography and advertising for my apartment and were very responsive during the whole process. I can offer only my highest recommendation for Tim and AP they strike me as way above the standard of London estate agents i worked with in the past...

Our first encounter with Tim Gray from Anthony Pepe was when we first arranged viewing of a flat in London in Feb this year.He then arranged second viewing with our daughter 2 weeks later.Despite pressure from seller he understood our reason for not being able to come to London sooner. On the day of second view the offer was accepted.Then started the roller coaster, emotionally nerve wrecking encounter with the legal system. Over next 10 weeks I reached a point of breakdown and almost where I could not deal with it at all.The files were backwards and forwards between solicitors and there seemed no end to it.Tim in this difficult time was supportive beyond words can describe.His reassurances calmed me down.He was always on top of everything, and was available for us 24/7 via emails and phones,and no matter how many times in a day he recieved my messages his response was always instant.Thanks to him that impossible became possible and we have exchanged contracts today. Dedicated employees these days are very hard to find and Anthony Pepe are extremely lucky to have him.He is an asset to them.We wish him best of luck now and always. Drs Parveen and Shafqat Memon

Sale of Property

Our experience with Anthony Pepe was short but this was down to them finding a buyer for our property. The sales person was very helpful and provided regular updates on our sale. They were very easy to deal with and available for any questions or queries we had. It is a number of years since I last used an agent to buy or sell a property. I would recommend Anthony Pepe to anyone looking to sell from my experience and although I have not purchased a property through Anthony Pepe, there is no reason to believe that they would not provide the same level of service.

Hi my name is Collins and have had the worst experience with Anthony Pepe.I moved in their property on Stonard road,Palmers green in August,2016 and have had like 10 maintainance issues but it's been more than 2 months and I've never had my queries solved.Their communication is quite poor aswell they only communicate through emails.Personally I would never recommend this Agency to anyone cos I dread coming home every night looking at the issues meant to have been fixed 2months ago until today.I just wonder if sometimes they ever put themselves in our shoes we the tenants.I'm not sure if am actually going to finish my end of year tenancy cos am so devastated. It is a big shame that they are part of North London as they are the worst agents we've had to deal with. We are a family of four and renting a property from them..where first it took ages for them to supposedly to all the paper work and then give us the keys and now there's a problem with the property..Instead of actually being helpful, all they have done so far is ride us along and oh their only way of communication is by Email!! In This day and age..with phones everywhere..instead of ringing and talking to us about all the issues, they say expect an email in the next 20mins!!!! The worst agents we've come across during all our renting years!! Shame we never thought about them as agents before we went for the property. Contracted for a year...will definitely look to move on from such unreliable and non-serious agents!!!!!
