GoogleChoice of agents basically comes down to whether you choose a bigger, national firm or a couple of local guys. We chose to work with Ken and Ric because we felt that they had their finger on the pulse of the local market. They answered all of our selection questions in detail and put a plan into action that resulted in us achieving the price we wanted in the timeframe that we wanted to sell. Their valuation was pretty much spot on in a rising market. What is also critical was that Ken handled the sale and negotiation himself and I genuinely felt that he was working on our behalf rather than pushing the sale through at any price. At the end of the day it doesn’t make too much difference to the commission amount but makes a massive difference to the seller. The bottom line is they just know how to sell houses with the emphasis on ‘selling’. Would recommend, especially if you are selling.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleNot sure why they have the edge on the upscale market as a lot of sellers and buyers don't have positive feedback. They do nothing other than Rightmove to market properties, so low investment overhead on their part, and Ken comes off as such a snake. His team seems genuine, but I would not trust him as a buyer or seller. Just comes off as someone with an agenda, for themselves and is not genuine. Positive reviews here all seem to be for Mark, who I've not engaged with in Harpenden and looks to cover other markets.
