Throughout the whole (and at times rather stressful!) process they have provided a much needed calming influence, largely due to their years of experience in the local Property Market. Ric Merlo in particular, has been excellent. His friendly, courteous and professional approach is spot on, providing sage advice in a calm and thoughtful way, helping us secure our "Dream Home" in the competitive Harpenden Property Market. I have used Whittaker and Co. previously in another property transaction which is why we used them again for these ones. They are the best Estate Agency in Harpenden by far, and I have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.
We have no doubt that it was worth all the ups and downs for your "forever home" ! Wishing you many happy times.

GoogleVery bad experience, played and feel it will be pointless viewing or making offers on any properties with this agent.Didn’t even call to tell me unsuccessful just sent email and wasn’t given the opportunity to make a further offer. You don’t stand a chance with this going on. Foul play ! Why say make a complaint when i made a formal complaint on 9/6 with details/proof what happened. You should already know this!! Genuine purchaser in rental desperate to make suitable property purchase. You can find me with any other local agent. No more viewings with this agent for me.
Naturally, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience on this occasion, particularly as you have viewed a number of properties with us and had various conversations with our team, in recent years. We understand that the process can be frustrating. As you know, we have to accept the vendor’s instructions when it comes to agreeing a sale.
