We were delighted with the service provided by Hamish Spencer-Nairn and Amy McMenemy in the Perth Office. They were very responsive to our queries and nothing was too much trouble! We engaged Strutt & Parker to sell our country house property in May 2023. This turned out to be a very difficult period for property sales. We felt S & P gave us every support during this time, with regular communication, realistic appraisals and an enduring interest. We didn't feel that we went 'stale' and throughout the process S & P continued to promote our property and seek a buyer culminating in a successful sale. We are so very grateful for all that the team did to achieve this. We would definately recommend them.

We engaged with Strutt and Parker Perth, because I liked Hamish’s no nonsense approach and his approachable style. Nothing has been too much trouble for Hamish or Amy. And they have made a difficult sale in a challenging market as stress free as they could. Whether it be show clients round, pick up keys, or give advice. The handholding when I was an overly anxious seller waiting for missives to conclude was second to none. Amy in particular shone at making sure I was 100 percent in the loop and clear about next steps. I am very happy that I made the right choice when I picked Strutt and Parker to be our agents.

GoogleWe spotted a beautiful house for sale with a Strutt & Parker sign outside. We got in touch and from the start Sally Noakes in the Harpenden office was polite, helpful and efficient. We decided to also use Strutt & Parker for our sale and also had great customer service from Shae Diaz in the St Albans office.
