A great service and experience working with the Canterbury Strutt & Parker team. Ed and Aaron gave a realistic valuation for the property and excellent advice in a tricky climate for selling. The ladies who showed the house on my behalf were also brilliant, getting to know about it to field viewers’ questions. My property quickly attracted purchasers and Ed worked alongside me as we negotiated an unusual timeframe for the sale and help to close the deal. Always available with advice, Ed also helped to smooth and progress the legal journey to completion. Overall a great experience and I felt I good hands throughout making a usually stressful transaction relatively plain sailing. Thank you to the whole team.

I recently bought a property through Aaron and can't recommend him highly enough. This wasn't a simple transaction, and there were a few points where it could easily have stalled. Aaron stayed calm and professional throughout, kept everyone moving, and worked hard to find solutions which suited both sides. His communication was outstanding. I got updates several times a day, including evenings and weekends if needed. I never had to chase him for anything. I doubt we'd have got over the line without him. Thank you, Aaron

Throughout the entire process there were always easy to get hold of, and would actually efficiently passing on questions and queries between us and the vendor. Not once were we pressured throughout the process, and despite agents typically being focused more heavily on the sellers, they made us feel incredibly comfortable as buyers too. Truly terrible estate agents. For the past five days both my husband and I have contacted them repeatedly to ask for a home report for a property they're advertising for sale with no response. Recorded voicemail when you call does not return the messages left, and gives an office number to call if "urgent" but that number loops you back to the same voicemail. Nick, you suck at your job. The chat bot they have takes your request and doesn't get back to you. The number to dial via Rightmove gets you nowhere either. Honestly, if I was selling through them I'd be incredibly unhappy. Truly awful company offering no service to buyers.

You don't get any of the usual empty promises just great advice and straight answers. Sally Noakes and Sally Hawthorne went above and beyond on a very tricky sale, not only making sure everything was completed the moment it was requested but even worked after hours to make things happen.
