Dear Lauryn, We have been able to identify you based on the information provided to us in your review. We can see that you had asked to end your liability early and this was declined by the team due to the contracts in place for your existing tenancy agreement, we wouldn’t be able to complete a change of sharer for just a period of two months, and as you are the lead tenant your name is against the signed inventory etc, so a new tenancy would have been required. We can see that you had then raised that there was a wasps nest to the outside of the building. A pest control contractor was instructed to take care of this for you, they visited on 29th August to carry out the initial treatment and again on 2nd September to follow up. On both occasions the contractor has reported knocking on the apartment door but received no answer, nor did they receive an answer to calls. Pest control has confirmed the nest itself is no dead and they have since been in contact with you on 2nd, 4th, 8th, 10th and 12th September regarding this matter. We’re pleased to see a further final visit has been booked in.

Honestly the best rented experience we have had.Simple Life have always allowed us to make the house feel a home by decorating it how we would like.They have also responded promptly to any issues we have had to the property and undertaken repairs immediately to prevent us being inconvenienced.We are going to miss the free ice cream & pizzas now we are moving into our own home.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for rented accommodation.

Lovely house. I do wish some resident's on our estate followed the tenancy guidelines as on the guidelines they state no vans however some residents have numerous vans plus a skip on their drive sort it out SIMPLE LIFE!

Extremely poor workmanship on the building, plasterboard falling off everywhere, walls literally crumble when you try and hang a shelf or TV. Lawns totally water logged and grass unable to grow evenly due to the amount of rubbish in the soil underneath. Would like to say it's a good job I haven't bought it but then I'm paying more in rent than I would on a mortgage so I don't really know what's worse
