GoogleAfter a number of months of a tricky house purchase, we finally exchanged on our new property. During the process the whole Kings team were extremely helpful, with a special mention to Frankie and Rich who were always happy to help, easy to communicate with, and available at all times. They honestly made a difficult process as easy as possible and I can't thank them enough for their help, patience and genuine kindness. If this is the service you get a buyer, I can only imagine the those wishing to sell through Kings get a service well worth their money! Thanks again guys!

During this period, which involved several actions and enquiries, Gemma, Tom and all the staff at Kings have been a pillar of support and reassurance. GoogleWe actually have Frankie to thank for our new home! I originally contacted Kings about a different property and it was down to her that we viewed the house in the first place. Frankie was great, professional and friendly and really fought for us when it came to the bidding on the property. Would highly recommend Kings if you are looking to buy and whilst we didn't have a property to sell, if we did, I wouldn't hesitate in instructing Kings with that too.

GoogleKings were fantastic dealing with the same of my house, and in particular Richard. You have been more than just my estate agent, you’ve become a friend. You may just be doing your job but you’ve kept me afloat and confident and I’ll never forget that. I first started trying to move in March 2018 so this has been a long road for me and you have been the best support. Lots of things have been going on in the background that have made it that much harder also. I think the general opinion about estate agents is that they are vultures, but I have only known you to be 100% committed to your customers and you actually carried me along on my journey and I seriously don’t know how well I would’ve done financially but also emotionally had I been dealing with someone else.

GoogleMe and my partner are first time buyers and are days away from completion. Ollie showed us around our very soon home to be! He was very friendly and knew his stuff. A very pleasant young man. Richard soon took over to help my (complicated) self. I like to ask every question there could EVER be, and he answered so so efficiently. Not only did he answer every one of my questions , he did so in a way to calm me down and not make me feel a fool. (Very important). I honestly can say i would not be in the mindset i am today if it was not for rich. No matter when it was AM or Late PM he was available to calm my nerves and reassure me, to guide me and to help me. He went above and beyond his job title to see it through that i had everything in order and all things complete with COMPLETE understanding. Richard is an asset to the kings group estate agency and i encourage everyone to use him- you will not be dissapointed. I certainly was not, and like i said.. im complicated! Thanks so much rich, and thankyou kings group. Incredible agency.
