From the first enquiry to getting it on the market was less than 2 weeks, had people booked in for viewings within 2 business days and accepted a good offer within a matter of weeks. GoogleRichard and Frankie were absolutely brilliant. We had a difficult set of circumstances and needed to sell our house asap. Richard came over on a Sunday and put our house on Rightmove the same day. They promised us they could sell our house within 2 weeks. They managed it in 10 days! They were always approachable and contactable and always returned our calls. We would highly recommend Kings group and especially want to thank Richard and Frankie for their hard work.

I was way for a couple of months .my partner did the viewings.he was told to wait downstairs as is custom..we had about 5 viewings. When I came back I realised my jewellery box was gone a cartier pen and boxes of perfumes. All together about 12 k.worth. the jewellery was in my wardrobe. When my partner went up the doors were still open. I know that sometimes viewers open cupboards and wardrobes. A family of about six came around looking at everything. I can't say it was them of course .I went to kings in the high street and told someone there. I never even received a call back. Has anybody else had a similar experience?I'm not saying it was a staff member or anything BTW. But how easy is it for strangers to look around your personal space and have a perfect opportunity to take whatever they see.

GoogleWe have been tenants with King's for just under 4 years. All the staff have been so helpful throughout our tenancy, as soon as we reported issues or to ask for something they have all been good at getting back to us. The checkout process was very smooth with Belinda and Fiona being extremely helpful all throughout and have been so friendly and very reassuring as I am one of those people who worry a LOT! Thank you ladies and to everyone else at King's! I also would like to thank our landlord too! Beautiful apartment we had and we hope the next tenants will be very happy there too. Belinda and Fiona are a huge asset to King's and a big thank you again! J & K :)
