I rented a property from Dan at Intercounty recently, we had a tight turn around but he did everything with ease, did a fantastic negotiation between the Tenant and Landlord to get the let complete and was a pleasure to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Intercounty handled the sale of my property with enthusiasm and professionalism. The communication throughout could not be faulted and Doug, Helen and Bob in particular were a pleasure to deal with. Having lost faith in the profession after terrible experiences with other estate agents in the past, I was dreading the whole house-selling process, but with Intercounty I needn't have worried and I would certainly use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy agency.

Mollie from Harlow branch looked after arranging our new tenant. She kept us fully informed through out . Replied to my queries and always followed up on enquiries. Have noticed a high turnover of staff there recently, not sure why ?

Harlow is one of our largest branches so is able to accommodate more staff safely than some others so we have had to make some movements. They will all want to provide you with a great service though!

From the moment we interacted with the agents at Intercounty I knew they would be the ones we would find our perfect home through. They were very proactive in suggesting suitable properties that matched our search criteria ahead of being publicly listed. Since having our offer accepted they have been very efficient in moving things forward and a pleasure to deal with, answering all our queries promptly. Nothing seems too much hassle. Thank you! My partner and I are first time buyers and have been using sites such as Zoopla, Rightmove UK and Onthemarket.com to search for various properties up for sale. All of the properties are being dealt with by different Estate Agents. We have visited various properties and met with various Estate Agents and Intercounty have not only been the most professional but also the most helpful. They have always been at the end of the telephone or an email and whenever we have had viewings their agents have always been at the property early to meet us on time. We have also had experience with some Estate Agents who have no knowledge of the property they are selling and cannot answer any of our questions but Intercounty have been able to answer our questions, have knowledge of the houses we are looking at or looking for and have regularly sent us new properties available on the market which are in our price range. My partner and I have had some awful experiences with Estate Agents over the past few months however we have both been so impressed by Intercounty and their staff. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

GoogleAwful customer service. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The manager at this branch has been a complete pain to deal with. We have had to chase her several times for a response and when we do finally get one she comes across as very unhelpful and rude on the phone. Good luck to anyone who goes with them as their fees are also extremely high and unrealistic. No other estate agents have treated us this way. AVOID!!

Hi,I am currently in process of purchasing a property via Intercounty and have been personally dealing with Brandon. I would like to thank him for all his hard work and dedication, Brandon has put up with all my stress and silly questions which has been constant during this 2+ month period and during this process and has always come back to me within a timely manner. After a slightly difficult start which was mainly due to lack of information regarding viewings and feed back and a subsequent phone call from myself to the office which was answered by Olivia Vanlint things changed dramatically. Olivia then took it upon herself to handle our affairs herself and from them on we had regular feed backs and plenty of viewings which resulted in the sale of our house and hopefully the purchase of our new home. All of the staff at the branch are extremely friendly and helpful but I feel customers would feel a lot happier if they had a dedicated agent with whom they could be in regular contact with, which we had with Olivia. I know this can be difficult to achieve but if an agent was allocated say four or five customers then I feel customers will not start feeling neglected.As for Olivia Vanlint we feel she has all the attributes to be a top class asset to Intercounty and treated right she should go a long way in her chosen field. In conclusion I would not hesitate to recommend Intercounty as a good Estate Agent to friends, family and acquaintances.

Don't think I can fault the experience I've had so far with Intercounty. Matthew's been great all the way through - communicative and really patient and informative with all my first time buyers' questions that I've fired at him. Brendan who I met when I was viewing was great too - really friendly and gave me loads of information on the flat he was presenting (and also taught me a very valuable lesson when viewing other people's properties..always wear shoes which you can take off easily!) But as a team, any communication I've had with them has always felt really easy and natural, and genuinely felt like it's been a personal approach which I wasn't expecting, but has been very much appreciated. Would absolutely recommend them.

Proactive and polite customer service from James and Olivia who did a great job for us with buying and selling and Doug who drove through/progressed up to completion. Only let down by our use of intercounty’s own recommended firm of solicitors who were painfully inefficient.

Generally very happy with the first two years of service. My only criticism is that I feel I have to double check if a few things are being handled, which, to their credit, the normally are, but I’d prefer not to feel the need to check.

Very happy that I chose Intercounty to handle the sale of my house. Sales progressor Doug worked tirelessly to achieve a sale at the asking price, putting in a great deal of effort to overcome difficulties on the buyers’ side. Doug and Intercounty provided a far better level of service than I have experienced from other agencies in the past. If I find myself buying or selling locally in future, Intercounty will be my first port of call.

GoogleVery disappointed. Took my details re a property I was interested in which came off the market. Never contacted me to let me know it was available. Now sold. Clearly do not act upon their promises.

Did a good sales pitch to become managing agents of our property but disappointed with being kept in touch through getting tenants for our property. Advice/support throughout an already stressful time was not great. Turned it round towards the end but wouldn't recommend them to friends.
