GoogleWhat a whirlwind we went through but we got to the end at last. Fortune and Coates have been profession right from the beginning. They informed us in good time when there was a viewing which gave us enough time to vacate the property and inform us when it was finished. Even when our property was sold, this never stopped them from communicating with us telling us the progress of the sale even to the very bitter end. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, Sara, Matt and Oliver worked with us to help us put some of the pressures at ease telling my wife and I what they are doing to push the sale through. I would highly recommend Fortune and Coates to sell your house.

FacebookI would like to share my absolute gratitude and utmost respect to Fortune and Coates, especially to our amazing Dan Coates and Sara Fortune. Honestly you guys are the best and an absolute gem. Fortune and Coates have gone far and beyond, no other estate agent comes to comparison, honestly. From start to finish we had our completion done in only 55 days (including bank holidays). Dan has exceeded our expectations, he was available to answer our calls and queries anytime of the day and evening. He truly had our interest at heart. He is personable, approachable and very accommodating. Not to forget he was very proactive in moving things along smoothly as possible. We also had the opportunity to get to know Sara as well. Her enthusiasm, positivity, reassurance and charisma is what we needed. Dan and Sara worked closely together and if there were any hand over period between the organisation this was communicated to us. Sara would pick up the query straight away and dealt with any query with absolute confidence which we loved. Dan and Sara are also excellent mediators for both seller and buyers perspective and kept as in the loop with everything. With this unique quality of service, Dan and Sara exceeded any customer service and in fact their service felt very bespoke and had a very unique touch. To fortune and Coates we do not feel like just customers we felt like family and friends for life. Thank you again for everything. We have got our keys and are overwhelmed with joy.

Dan guided me through such a smooth process that could normally be stressful, he gave 150% always checking in with me about properties he had and properties I had seen. I would say that this is a start of a long lasting relationship and will definitely be looking to him again to further build up my portfolio. I have also told family and friends about this Estate Agents.

GoogleWe bought our house with Dan Coates a few years ago and when we came to selling last year we wanted to find someone who could offer our buyers the same great experience. We discovered Dan had started his own agents and knew we could trust him with our sale. Compared with other agents we considered, Dan had a strong strategy and it felt like he'd really thought about how to best market the house, even in a challenging climate. We're all moved now and so happy with how everything has gone!
