FacebookI can’t recommend Fortune and Coates enough!! It has taken just 78 days from the first time we met Oliver at our property to completion of the sale! The whole way through Oliver has answered calls outside of working hours or if he was busy a call back within the hour! As I said could not recommend them enough! GoogleI was selling a probate house in the Harlow area but I live 140 miles away. After meeting Oliver from Fortune and Coates at the house I knew I had found someone who could handle this for me. He went above and beyond and sorted so many things out that I didn't need to return to the house again. I highly recommend Fortune and Coates.

GoogleI chose Fortune and Coates to sell my late father’s property because they assured me that the transaction would be handled with the utmost respect for my father’s humble estate. And they didn’t disappoint. Fortune and Coates worked hard to maximise the selling price. Also, since this was my first time selling property in the U.K., they ushered me through the process. They even went above and beyond by checking in on father’s property, since I live a considerable distance away. Thank you.
