greedy agency not believing in someone when they tell them they have 10 years of tenancy in a house, all they want is someone to make a lawyer, doctor or someone working in the house of Parliament salary to rent a property from them, absolutely a disgrace of an estate agent company.

GoogleI had constant bad experiences at Winkworth Haringay. Ashley, Stephanie Stavrou, Maria Sklavou, Rosie Ioannou are the names of the staff who were either using an unprofesional tone or being inefficient. We got unclear advice since the beginning when trying to rent the property and things did not get any better throughout the tenancy period. For example the Head of property management (Stephanie Stavrou) took almost a week to contact the landlord and get a date to repair the carbon monoxide alarm (legally required to fix immediately), which was faulty and turning on constantly at random hours. Their service was far from 4.7 stars and I am sure that I am not the only real customer having this opinion.

Knowledgeable at first and we could have gone with them but frustrating when consistently giving inadequate email replies to important questions and coming across as too relaxed and then petulant when we eventually went with another agent who was more on the ball.

GoogleAs sellers I found dealing with Winkworth very frustrating. We had no one point of contact, which made day to day dealings very difficult. No one ever seemed to want to speak via the telephone and instead just forwarded emails, which I found a very lazy and unprofessional method of communication. Their office manager has no tact or people skills and made the process leading up to exchange and completion very difficult. We had originally listed our propert with Paul Simon and switched due to not getting sufficient viewings however I quickly regretted my decision as Winkworth got us no extra viewings but were so much more difficult to deal with compared to the friendly and professional service of Paul Simon. The only think that Winkworth do better is take better photographs. I would not recommend them to anyone looking to sell locally.

GoogleMichael and the Lettings team at Winkworth Harringay have been outstanding in helping me let my property on Umfreville Road. Legal responsibilities as a landlord change quite often and I have been informed and guided every step of the way to get my flat let. The complete process has been very professional and worry free. Once the property was put on the market it was let within a few days. The tenant referencing process was great and so was communication with the team finalising the tenancy agreement when I was in another country. Highly recommended.
