GoogleAfter my personal experience with this god awful agency, I can bet if not all most of the positive reviews are fake, and what I can draw out to strengthen this claim, is that most of the NEGATIVE reviews have many thumbs ups, but the positive reviews have almost none. And what's even more hilarious, is that I found one of the the positive reviewers' images with a different name on Facebook haha. GoogleLacks professionalism and customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Colleague left without a property 3 days before moving date. I was asked to be a guarantor for someone and despite sending in all required details, I received over 20 emails and texts, none of which I could reply to because they were automated. I called the office and left detailed messages since no one would be at my place of employement to verify my work details until after the Christmas holidays- always an answering service, never the actual office. No one returned my calls. The agent my colleague dealt with said one thing then denied it when specific details were requested in writing. They do not keep their word. They cancelled the moving in contract 3 days before the moving date and refused to give specific reasons. I would avoid at all costs.

GoogleRented with them for two years two different flats. Very pleased with them. In the first property there were few problems after moving in, e.g. washing machine didnt work, one sink needed fixing. They responded quickly and all the problems were sold in short period of time. We had few more issues with the washing mashine, in the end they sent a brand new one. Im sorry we are not renting from them anymore as there are very bad agencies in London. We had to move to a smaller flat and Neptune didnt have any which fit our criterias, this is the only reason we are not their clients anymore.

GoogleI can highly recommend Neptune Agency. I lived a year in a really nice brand new studio. Whenever I had issues they always assisted me and got back to me quickly. The move out process was really fast too, the inventory was done on the day I returned the key and one day later everything was sorted. The best agency I rented flat so far. Thank you!

If there was any problem with the property they were incredibly fast at responding and issues in the property were dealt with fast also. As estate agents go these guys are top stuff. GoogleI have rented a property with them, everything was easy and quick. I didn’t even have to go to the office. I have signed a document on line and ready to move in. When I vacated the property they return the full amount of the deposit in 3 days. Very happy. Maybe communication can be improved but nothing that you can’t resolve. Would use them again.
