TrustpilotGood experience with Kings
We had a really good experience with Kings Group at the Edmonton Branch. Everyone was friendly and efficient and did a lot to make a stressful situation more bearable. We were selling my elderly parents’ house to move them to more suitable accommodation, so this came with particular challenges. We dealt mainly with Olly at the Edmonton office and he was always pragmatic and helpful, as well as professional. I would definitely recommend Kings Group.

FacebookAbsolute nonchalant attitude towards landlords. They take their commission immediately at the start of a tenancy then don't care at all when rent is not paid. They can't even serve Section 21 Notice correctly on the tenant. One of the staff members even gave incorrect advice regarding landlords insurance. Nearly cost me loads of money if I had not done my own research! What's more, they had spare keys cut, charged me for them and when tenant couldn't get in King's turned up and said that the keys they had were 'faulty' and tried to get me to pay for a locksmith. Avoid at all costs.
Yep they seem devoid of basic legal knowledge - Eg . a low EPC rating means that a BTL investor cant get a mortgage on a property. The Section 21 is about to be abolished - basic knowledge in the property world, you would have thought so!

He catered for all of my needs which were sometimes very difficult and he is very genuine and lovely character.He isn't like any ordinary agent that I have come across, he has the perfect balance between professionalism, trustworthiness and also creates a personal relationship within a professional environment which is a bonus also I can't forget the work from Junaid and Neil.

GoogleThe service we received from Kings was second to none. Junaid had the house on the market and was able to sell it in a matter of weeks. Nothing was too big or too small for him and his team and we were regularly kept up to date with the progress right up to completion. I would definitely use them again.

GoogleI handed my rental properties to the lettings manager China and shivali to deal with. They were very professional and kept me in the loop throughout. The got the property rented quickly and I felt they went above and beyond in there service. Definitely worth visiting them again

FacebookThese guys need to sort themselves out. The tenant has finally gone from my partners property no thanks to you leaving it dirty and damaged. Kings are holding the deposit, we are hoping, and the member of staff 'dealing' with it has gone on leave for 11 days. In the meantime he has a damaged and empty flat! A series of c@@k ups from the moment contracts were signed......deffo do not recommend this company.
Dear Vikki I can confirm a member of the property management department is on holiday until 11th July, however her out of office does state to contact the team in her absence. We have looked into this and have no record being contacted on this particular poit by either yourself or your partner until this tweet. Our repairs department supervisor, Katie Pugh is aware of your claim from the damage deposit and is taking action to be able to advise you of the next steps. For clarity we do not hold the deposit . Deposits are held under a legally backed redress system for disputes and we are following this lawful process. We realise this can be frustrating for all concerned but and take time . It is unfortunately out of our control . Please note, Katie Pugh is dealing with this . In the meantime , should you have any queries in the please do contact Katie direct on 01992 785 000 option 1. GoogleMaximum incompetence in this agency, after 6 years, I and the owner of the house, ended the collaboration with them. It is very difficult to solve the problems in the house, but if you are one day late paying the rent, they immediately call you.

GoogleWARNING!!!!!!!Absolutely dishonest or blatantly incompetent probably both...... twelve months as guarantor for my daughter........ supposed to be a managed property...... rats..... heating that didn't work...... would not react to complaints....... a property that should not have been deemed fit for habitation...... can't keep track of rent payments even though bank statements have been produced to prove payment. Will not release deposit at end of tenancy. DO NOT USE !!!!! INCOMPETENT UNTRUSTWORTHY UNCARING......

GooglePurchased two BTL properties through Kings Tottenham and successfully let them out with them. Their sales Team of Neil, Junaid and lettings team Nikita, Summer and Jed were all excellent and made the sales happen and got the properties let with great tenants. Highly recommend selling or renting through Kings Tottenham

The one positive was that I got an offer at a price I was relatively happy with - but the sale never went through. This is after over half a year, just a reminder this is in London the hottest property market in Europe. Bryn blamed the client, the clients lender for not having the right mortgage even though a quick google search showed me the way forward. So should I pay to then do the work myself? Also after I explained the service was not good enough, I discovered the window left open in the flat and a serious problem with the wardrobe was never reported - I'm not sure the agents actually go in there to show the prospective buyers. Still waiting to find out what I would be paying for. Thankfully there are many estate agents in the area - way too many. Raphael
