GoogleI am not happy with Kings group they have not given me a new flat since I left Enfield in July 2012 till date.l hate the previous flat in Enfield which was not the original flat I viewed which was 21 Celadon.in 2009 and i was given the wrong flat 26 celadon and was chased away because I was black and unemployed at the time in 2012.l do not have any guarantor but I need a new flat. Awful people. New Canadians undercutting the real professionals. They have no experience they just moved here and started up a construction company with money from back home. They will give u a low price cause they don't need to pay minimum wage. They are international students acting like construction works while robbing our foodbanks and collecting government handouts. For the sake of Canada dont use these disgusting clowns. They will ruin your property.

A terrible experience from the start. Agents have an awful attitude towards clients on either end of the sale - it's as if selling a property is an afterthought and they're not interested in efficiency. Lots of false deadlines, no information or contact to follow up. Would not waste your time with this firm, consider looking elsewhere.

Nikita and Kia''s careful and clear advice throughout the (letting) process ensured a stress free and happy outcome. Their help proved invaluable. Special mention must also go to Summer and her management team. The efficient way her department has dealt with issues ranging from referencing to matters relating to general accounting bode well for the future. Very well done all!

GoogleKings Group lettings team fully managed my property for 16 years and provided a competent service. When I came to sell my property, I decided to use the same Agent. I am very glad I did. It was a pleasure dealing with Junaid and Michael. They went the extra mile to get my property sold and even showed my property to prospective buyers on a bank holiday. I highly recommend them.

FacebookINCOMPETENT - the are a disaster. They get everything wrong and no one cares. One of our tenants left not to work with them. We were silly and continued for another year with different tenants. We had a "all included" contract with them, the best they are supposed to offer. They got all the check out wrong, the check in wrong, we couldn't claim any deposit from the previous person because of them, the professional cleaning was a joke and had to do it twice (we paid), they lost the keys, tenants ended up in a hotel, during the tenancy they asked us to pay the same thing multiple times and chased saying we hadn't paid, never did the quarterly check ups that they are supposed to do, never passed any requests from the tenants to us, they lost the deposit when the tenancy ended... and none of them care. They are flippant and couldn't care less about customer service. I'd be ashamed to work somewhere like this.

Staff are so rude and unhelpful never get a call back I have been trying to get an issue sorted since November 2023 and still waiting The problem is the rented property next door to me kings are the agents yet nothing seems to get sorted I have been told a different story every time I call. Still waiting for Ella to reply to me as I sent her 2 emails - after this I would never use kings myself.
