WOW, what an experience! Sale of our 3-bed property in Tottenham was seamless and effortless when dealing with the Tottenham branch of the Kings Group. So straight-forward, quick and efficient. We received an offer within a month from our property being advertised online. From initial contact with the Tottenham Office dealing with Rohman and Jasmine, to the actual evaluation and taking of photos with Junaid and his photographer. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Junaid was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area, as well as the housing market and all matters to do with estate agency when we first met for an evaluation. He explained everything clearly and concisely, giving a clear understanding of the processes involved with selling a house. Junaid continuously kept us in the loop with any matters arising and updating us throughout the whole sales process. Compliance firms and Solicitors were on the case as soon as negotiations were happening with the potential buyer. After some negotiations, we were more than happy with an agreed price and exchange has already happened. We're just in the process of awaiting Completion. Selling couldn't be easier and we can't praise the Kings Group, Tottenham branch, enough for all their help and assistance. Such a professional and exemplary firm to deal with. Elijah Dasilva was the perfect mortgage broker for me. I had an excellent experience with this agency. Michael was extremely helpful in my (long) search for a flat and he went out of his way to help me even with my own selling process, recommending me options and giving me general advice. I used Tottenham &Haringey branch services to let my property out. The whole process went well with just minimal issues which were resolved by the staff as soon as they arisen. When it comes to service I received, there were a couple of things which stand out for me. Firstly, I was well informed about the offered services and different options available to me. Secondly, all my queries were answered without delays. I mostly dealt with China, who was just amazing but I would also like to mention her colleagues Shivali and Summer who support me at different stages of the letting process. I'd definitely recommend this estate agency.

Kings Group - avoid at all costs!

Tottenham Hale area. I was pressured by Rohman Kakar into accepting working with the KINGS in-house mortgage broker (Elijah Dasilva) after essentially being told (strongly implying) by Rohman we wouldn't have our offer accepted unless we work with them. I said I would work with their in-house broker to find the best deal then had my offer accepted just hours later. I got a call the next day by Neil Prayag asking for my solicitor's information. I said I would give it to him later and wanted to talk to my solicitor about the required lease extension. Their mortgage broker emailed me asking me to hurry to sign documents and I said other mortgage brokers didn't have me sign anything and I wanted my solicitor to look at it before I signed. Neil emailed me later saying the deal was off with no warning. It's like the mafia with them requiring to use their services. They want everything done over the phone because they can twist words to manipulate their clients into signing the deal they want. I would not work with them even if it was my dream home I was trying to buy and they were the only ones I could work with. Avoid at all costs.

I was way for a couple of months .my partner did the viewings.he was told to wait downstairs as is custom..we had about 5 viewings. When I came back I realised my jewellery box was gone a cartier pen and boxes of perfumes. All together about 12 k.worth. the jewellery was in my wardrobe. When my partner went up the doors were still open. I know that sometimes viewers open cupboards and wardrobes. A family of about six came around looking at everything. I can't say it was them of course .I went to kings in the high street and told someone there. I never even received a call back. Has anybody else had a similar experience?I'm not saying it was a staff member or anything BTW. But how easy is it for strangers to look around your personal space and have a perfect opportunity to take whatever they see.

Not a great experience. It started of well, we viewed a flat we liked. The agent told me "there were lots of offer for it". I decided to make an offer, which was accepted very quickly (I guess I was special). I decided to use the agency's own financial advisor. He did a soft search on my credit report and found some late payments that affected it negatively (It was a mistake from BG, which has been rectified since, but that's another story!). The advisor said the only mortgage provider that would accept me was a specialist mortgage with a ridiculously high rate. After hearing that, I explained there was no way I'd use one of those mortgage providers, that'd I rather wait till the mistake on my file got sorted before committing myself to buy a property. I did not know how long it would take for my credit file to be rectified, and although I was very interested in the flat, I'd rather pull off for now. Both the agent and advisors were adamant I could not pull out as my offer had been accepted. At that point, no document had been signed, no money had been paid. They probably assumed I was a fool who would believe that lie. I felt very pressured. The advisor asked me to instruct the solicitor "to show I was committed" …which is absolutely terrible advice. Instructing a solicitor with no mortgage in place? What kind of effery is that? I also found out a couple of red flags about the property, and I decided I was done. I do not like to be pressured and lied to. I wrote an e-mail explaining I was not going to proceed with the purchase, explained why, and told them it was non-negotiable. They hounded me on the phone for days to the point I was actually scared to answer any calls. I had to send a message asking them to leave me alone. Clearly, I have dodged a bullet. My credit report got cleared shortly after, and I found somewhere to leave, but that experience left me feeling very unsettled.
