GoogleMy girlfriend and I recently purchased our first home through Zain, Neil and the team at Kings group Tottenham. Zain was attentive to our criteria from the outset and was able to very quickly find a property that suited our needs. Zain managed the process with respect for both us and the seller which we appreciated, and, helped to make the sale feel like less of a transaction and more meaningful for all of us. The deal came to a standstill due to the lockdown, but, both Zain and Neil were excellent in moving things along once business resumed. We’re overjoyed with our new home and would recommend their services to anyone who is looking to buy (or sell) in the area.
Hello Ajay Thank you for your lovely review. It was an absolute pleasure working with you both on your property purchase and we hope it was worth the wait. Kind Regards Kings Group, Tottenham

GoogleI was shocked at the level of understanding and attention that Zain made to my criteria at finding me my first home. The property that he found me had not even touched the market yet as he gave me access to the viewing before the pictures had even been taken yet. He hit the nail on the head and found me my dream property. He gave me early access because I was registered with the agency, and was fully financially vetted, which helped me realise my budget! I am so happy with my new home and more than grateful! Junaid and Neil were also very helpful. Kings Group are number 1 agents in Tottenham!

GoogleWe have had many bad experiences with estate agents in the past. However, The team especially Junaid at kings group Tottenham contacted my mother and promised that he would have our house sold in no time and he kept to his word. We had a few obstacles along the way due to COVID but even then they made the process less stressful. Also shout out to Neil the manager who also was great help! Thank you guys! GoogleWe are buying our first house and Valentin showed us the property we fell in love with. He has been great so far, even arranging extra viewings so we could show our family. He is always contactable - even on his days off. Our purchase isn't yet complete but Valentin has been great to work with so far and I have no doubt that this will continue.

TrustpilotJunk Mail but No viewings
Tries to arrange a viewing to see a couple of properties in Tottenham Hale on sale with Kings Group. They never arranged it or got back to me. Instead I got bombarded with mortgage advice though I’m a cash buyer. Now I avoid looking at properties on sale by Kings Group. Totally pointless!

GoogleI'm a first time buyer and working with Zain at Kings Group Tottenham has been great. Zain understood the local market, arranged viewings at short notice at suitable properties, answered my (often silly, I'm sure) questions professionally, clearly and helpfully. I'm not planning on doing this again anytime soon, but I already know who I'll be asking to sell the house when the time comes.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
