My girlfriend and I recently purchased our first home through Zain, Neil and the team at Kings group Tottenham. Zain was attentive to our criteria from the outset and was able to very quickly find a property that suited our needs. Zain managed the process with respect for both us and the seller which we appreciated, and, helped to make the sale feel like less of a transaction and more meaningful for all of us. The deal came to a standstill due to the lockdown, but, both Zain and Neil were excellent in moving things along once business resumed. We’re overjoyed with our new home and would recommend their services to anyone who is looking to buy (or sell) in the area.

I was shocked at the level of understanding and attention that Zain made to my criteria at finding me my first home. The property that he found me had not even touched the market yet as he gave me access to the viewing before the pictures had even been taken yet. He hit the nail on the head and found me my dream property. He gave me early access because I was registered with the agency, and was fully financially vetted, which helped me realise my budget! I am so happy with my new home and more than grateful! Junaid and Neil were also very helpful. Kings Group are number 1 agents in Tottenham!

One of the worst estate agents ever I have dealt with, Asked for hundred documents and proof of savings which equal four times the amount of the annual rent amount and asking for guarantor who should be a home owner or have a British passport and all payslips then after pushing them they just followed the usual rules Besides after all of that, they gave me a room which I did not choose or opt for for a bloody expensive rent and while having Wi-Fi in the house they denied having it and I found out when checked online to purchase a one that the house already have a one
