So happy with the service from Hunters so far! Stephen has taken such good care of us and nothing has been too much trouble! From the beautiful photographs to showcase our home to the check in calls & emails to keep us in the loop! Selling a home can be incredibly stressful and it’s so lovely to have an estate agent that you know is working very hard in the background to get results! I would highly recommend Hunters! As they were also recommended to me.

Greedy company-Hunters. They will hunt your money in any ways even if the landlord didn’t tell them to do so. I had a very bad experience from them. Listed below are the samples of how greedy they are with money: 1. I have to pay for the decorations stuff (paper wall) which was caused by normal wear and tear as we used the property for 2-3 years. Good thing, our landlord told them not to deduct us. 2. I have to pay almost £400 after leaving the house. This is because the house has been vacant for 2weeks and the new tenant didnt come straight away after I left. Or maybe they need to sort out the wall paper/ house cleaning first and it would take time to complete everything. Unfortunately, Hunters was asking us to pay the 2 weeks even though we didnt use the property and handed over the keys to them on our last day. Good thing, our landlord is kind, he asked hunters that there is no need for it. 4. I paid mattress collection even if that wasnt from us. We left the property with our mattress and someone just threw it in the property. Apparently, I had to pay for it, so I just paid it because they giving me headache and stress. They might take legal action if £30 was not paid 🤷 5. Because I didnt finish the contract, I paid £480 to Hunters for them to re-advertise the property. My previous rent is £675, however, they rent it out for now for £900. Wow, what a growing business. 6. When I am still renting, it took them a month to sort out the shower heating. They blamed the landlord as said they already informed him and that they dont manage the property. But now that Im leaving, of course theyll gonna need to manage it, theyll see money from it, they will take your hard earned money in every possible legal way so please to anyone reading this double check your contract. Dont make the same mistake as I did. When you want to rent house, check first if it is advertised by Hunters, if you want to suffer with emotional/ financial stress in your life go ahead with them.

If you’re a buyer or a seller I’d avoid. They put properties on Right Move that are inflated in price, and then they say the vendor wants more money than the guide price. Sorry but if the vendor wants for example 350k for the house, do not put the price as 330k on Right Move, then start a non-existent bidding war. This has happened 3 times with this company, which makes me think it’s their terrible tactic.

He clearly understood our situation and requirements (this was not the case with a previous local agent we dealt with). He was very accommodating and supportive during the painful at times process. The communication was great throughout. We appreciated his professionalism, honesty and effort, which helped to build rapport between us. Hunters. Kendal.Have no problem recommending this branch. Unfortunately lockdown got in the way. Launch was on Wednesdsy and lockdown Friday which restricted viewing. Kept me well informed as to who was viewing. When I did get a sale dealt with the buyer in no uncertain terms as he was trying to find lots of faults to drive down the price. He didn't succeed! Suzanne Jackson valued my property and was informative and good to deal with as were the rest of the staff in the office dealing with Kendal.

GoogleWe purchased our property through Andrew Seemungal. Unlike previous estate agents we have dealt with, he was knowledgable, responsive, professional and trustworthy. Andrew also often gave advice outside of working hours and worked exceptionally hard to get everything over the line in what was a protracted process involving a chain of multiple properties. We highly recommend Andrew and his team at Hunters and will certainly be using them again for any future purchase/sales/renting of properties

I’d just like to thank all the staff at Hunters in North Somerset, Yatton, Portishead and Nailsea offices. They have sold 2 Of our private houses for us in the past 3 Years, and one of our rental properties before that. All Were sold in a matter of days. Of the 2 recent sales the 1st one went through smoothly in 2 months. The second was not quite so good through no fault of Hunters I might add.2nd property sold the 1st day on the market but turned out the lady was telling porkies about her funding so she disappeared after 2 weeks🤬Another Confirmed buyer Within the same week and except for the obvious Covid delays, mainly being unable to sort removals, this time everything went as planned.Many thanks to Richard, Mandy and James for their excellent Professional service and I would strongly recommend Hunters to anyone thinking of selling in the North Somerset area. They know the market in this area so well and really go the extra mile for their clients.

So unprofessional. Middlesbrough- Teesside Lettings branch cancelled my viewings on the same day just an hour before the appointment with a lame reason of not confirming it via an email when the appointments are usually confirmed by phones. Also no necessary information about the property was given a week ago while I booked the appointments but today after them sending me appointment cancellation emails. I had cancelled my plans for today as I had 2 appointments with them. Staff has no manners to talk to a client, the way of sending emails is so casual and informal. They offered me appointment for the next day when I specifically requested for an appointment for today itself a week ago. I just told them I don’t want to go ahead with such unprofessional company. Management needs some training so do the staff in dealing with the clients.

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish - an all round refreshing estate agent experience. The team at Hunters Tottenham are very knowledgeable about the area having grown up there themselves, and work hard for you at every stage of the process. We lost a buyer very close to exchange which could have jeapordised the whole transaction chain. Hunters were proactive in responding to this, booking another round of viewings and securing us a new buyer within a matter of days. Thank you to Mustafa and his team.

GoogleWhat can I say? Mustafa Khalifa and his team at Hunters has simply changed my view of estate agents totally - for the better! What a guy! They were amazing, patient and accommodating. Mustafa went beyond the call of duty with our sale and purchase - both of which he handled with care and precision. Generous with his time. Making sure we were updated throughout and kept in the loop in what became a protracted sale (not Hunter's fault!). On the day, he was in location making sure everyone felt supported and advised in what was a very stressful time. We got used to having him around and once we were in, we felt like we'd lost one of the team in a way. But in another Mustafa was checking in with us to see how we were and happy to advise on matters from floors to insurance... We've recommended Mustafa and the Hunters team many times since...

GoogleWe're about to complete the sale of a property handled by Mustafa and his team, and, despite having mixed feelings about estate agents at the outset, dealing with Mustafa has been a very positive experience throughout. For starters he's genuinely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Tottenham, being a local lad. His predictions regarding the market value of our property not only proved to be right, but exceeded our expectations significantly. Hunters not only generated a lot of interest in the property (not least with some excellent photos) but also handled the interest of potential buyers in a way which produced a very satisfactory result for us. Customer service throughout has been excellent and I would use their services again with no hesitation. (We approached Hunters in the first place as our daughter and son-in-law has also dealt with them in buying a house in Tottenham, which is why there are two reviews on this site with the surname Mounstephen.)

GoogleThe best estate agents I’ve ever had dealings with. Buying and selling a house is always stressful, and our purchase was particularly difficult but Mustafa and his team made the whole process so much easier. They constantly put my family first and were always thinking what would make the process as easy as possible for us all. They have handled both a purchase and a sale for us, both have been completed with upmost professionalism and urgency. I can only highly recommend Mustafa and his excellent team.

GoogleCan't recommend Hunters Tottenham highly enough. Mustafa in particular and the whole team have changed our view of estate agents - for the better! Mustafa has been honest, genuine, supportive, so knowledgeable and happy to give advice since the start. He's become like a friend! Initially we were going to sell and then at the last minute things changed and we decided to rent instead. The whole team were so flexible and helpful - and found us tenants in increased restricted HMO area that worked for us, at the exact right time. Well done all.

Should you choose this letting agents here are a few things you can expect as routine:1) Lying about the status of properties on the market and deliberately misleading all parties on the status of such properties.2) Arranging appointments to view properties that they don't even turn up to meet you at.3) Cocky, arrogant and sarcastic customer service. They really do not care AT ALL!Literally the worst letting agent you could ever choose to instruct. As you can see from the other reviews, dishonesty, incompetence and terrible staff attitudes are a feature. There is a reason for that. Be warned.

GoogleExcellent customer service from start to finish. We went with Hunters as they offered a competitive price for an excellent service. They were very knowledgeable of the local area and understood our needs every step of the way. They were helpful without being pushy and supported us with the buyers in order to get our property sold. Would 100% recommend them to anyone selling their property in London.

If you are selling your property please avoid hunters, they charge an extortionate fee for buyers to provide ID when purchasing a property and use a 3rd party company to complete these checks, sadly that company are really poor and their app doesn’t work meaning the whole process of confirming who you are is near impossible despite having to do so to sell your own property.
