GoogleMustafa was fantastic. He provided a very professional, timely and courteous service, which extended beyond the period of the sale. Communication was excellent and he had some great advice. We achieved an excellent price for our flat, well above what we expected. I get the impression it's a great team but if you're dealing with Mustafa you're in great hands. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Would not recommend renting through Hunters - no communication, follow up or empathy from anyone here. Day one moved in- Leak all over the living area from a disconnected pipe that hadn’t been checked. Raised floorboards and bloomed worktop- No broadband access- No bins- Vent not fitted correctly in the bathroom(All reported no follow up from Hunters)1 month later - Still no broadband, bins arrive. Had to purchase expensive WiFi dongle in 12 month contract and unable to use electric car charger. - Phone line attachment broken and reported via Opeanreach -Had to chase Hunters for any action to be taken for the wifi for the whole apartment block2 months later- (Some) flats connected to broadband still some flats without wifi - low speed if usable- Our apartment was flooded with sewage water into the bathroom. - £150 to replace damaged bathroom goods - Pipes overflowing and all toilet/shower/sinks/washing machine and dishwasher unusable for 3 days- 3 days OFF work to facilitate fixing issues- Front door lock unstable logged 23rd July no follow up- Vent still hanging down in bathroom3 months in- Storage room ripped up from last month and no follow up from blocked pipes. Waiting to be flooded out- Stinks of sewage- No communication in over 3 weeks Do not care about welfare/lack of customer service. Shocking. I never write negative reviews and genuinely give people a bit of slack but this has been the worst I have experienced.

Hunters listed a rental property two days ago and I had contacted them making an enquiry an hour after it was posted. No response. so I went online and found a book a viewing form and completed it. No response. The next day I emailed asking further about the property. No response. Today no call or no email, no response. So I call up and I am informed that they are fully booked for viewings and they probably wont do another one. Absolutely no communication. Zero customer service.An entirely incompetent estate agents. I had to drag the information out of them and at no stage was I contacted. The entirety of their reviews for 2024 details their utter incapability.

Amazing service from start to finish .A special mention to Della who went above and beyond what was expected, Della's communication was fantastic even on her days off she would chase information and update us. Della was instrumental in the completion date and kept the chain together. We'd of been lost without her. Thanks Della. Highly recommend.

Appalling customer service from the stoke office and I'm not even one of their tenants, had the misfortune to be involved with a leak from one of their tenants, it took over 6 months to get to the repair stage which when done was really poor workmanship so I'm having to do it myself, the staff are unhelpful and don't care so if they treat third party tenants like that it must be really bad for their own tenants.

I have had experience with Hunters in the past on multiple occasions. I am disappointed everytime from their lack of felixibility. For example if you're trying to rent and your annual income matches but does not excees what is expected by Hunters then they will abruptly cut you off. Also horrible customer service by the staff and do not know what they are doing. On a flat i called twice one staff member told me i had to satisfy an income of 29.000 pounds and another staff member told me i had to exceed 30.000 wich makes me doubt their honesty. I have had much better experiences with other agencies. Do not reccomend.

GoogleVery unprofessional staff. The booked viewing was cancelled after I arrived on time. No one was showing up and I had to call the staff to check (My whole afternoon was wasted to come to the flat and only received a simple cancellation email?) Please be empathetic to others. Respect others’ time. Hunters shouldn’t hire staff like this.

There was an offer on the property, and we therefore had to inform our clients that viewings would be cancelled to preserve your time. The viewing was booked under your partner’s name who we called but could not get through and left a message. This message was not relayed to you by your partner as we do not have your details. We aimed to remedy the situation by offering you another similar one bedroom flat but you rejected it. In order to avoid this in future we have also now registered you on our system on the same file as your partner. We also called you again when a third one bedroom flat became available and left you a message. You will see that this matter was beyond our control and we laid ground work for it to be avoided in the future as well as keeping you updated with similar properties. From the first meeting with the agent they have proved to be professional, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. From placing the property on the market, to communicating viewings and feedback. The agent's knowledge of the area and market has proved invaluable and they have always been available to give their expert advice. Customer satisfaction and service is such that I would not hesitate to recommend them highly.

My boyfriend and I were purchasing a property through Hunters and they were pleasant enough. However, when we received the results of the independent survey two months down the line, it highlighted what we considered to be significant problems with the property, particularly the necessity of a whole new roof, and the replacement of brickwork.Naturally, we had not - and could not have - factored in the cost of these repairs, or the time it would take to carry them out, so we emailed our contact at Hunters in Sunderland, simply outlining the issues that the survey had presented, and attaching the report in full. The reply we received explained ‘The seller is not under any obligation to carry out any work or offer a reduction’. While true, this attitude seemed hostile to us, and rather unprofessional. We did not mention a negotiation of price, or the current owners carrying out the work themselves - although, to be frank, these did not seem unreasonable expectations.We had misgivings about how considerable an undertaking the repairs would be, both financially and physically, but were open to discussing options with Hunters/the sellers. However, we decided to withdraw from the sale, and Hunters’ attitude did play a big part in that. As a prospective buyer, you do not have a choice over which estate agent to deal with, but I would certainly be reticent about purchasing a property sold by Hunters in the future, and would strongly advise sellers to consider the overwhelmingly negative reviews on this page before engaging Hunters, as the wrong estate agent could scupper a sale, as in this case.

GoogleTerrible phone etiquette. Called up to enquire about a place which had a sign outside and one of the women that picked up was so cold I felt like I disturbed her. Cant remember her name as it was like a week ago but yeah she needs some basic training in customer service for sure.
Dear Babz We have searched through our CRM, emails, social media accounts and viewing schedules and have been unable to find any record of our dealings with you. We have investigated your google account and can see that you Reviewed another property company that has only a mobile number and never picks up the phone when we tried calling them. They also do not have a functioning company or website. It is therefore challenging to reconcile your negative review left for us when there is no record of our dealings, and we are a communicative against a positive review you left for another property company that does not exist. If however, you can provide us with your credentials we will be able to investigate our records further and offer an apology as an addendum to this reply. We hope to hear from you.
