GoogleI have always struggled on finding a house because I have a dog, and we all know how difficult it is. Well not with them! They are very kind and understanding and they also found me a house in 1 week! Especially Leo one of their best agent! He is a professional and funny guy who will go above and beyond to help you find the house that you need. If you ever visit this agency, ask for him, you won't regret it.

GoogleI had been struggling in finding the right place for myself and my partner. Foxtons, with the best assistance of Leo, made the process very quick and easy for us! Leo has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process and always went an extra mile to reassure any of our doubts. The support was so major that we managed to find a lovely place with reasonable price and moved within a week. I’m very happy and grateful that everything went so easy. GoogleI had no consistent contacts throughout my purchase. I was passed between four different agents throughout the purchase. They did little to assist in getting the sale moved along and the advert for the property was not factual in regards to the freehold which caused multiple issues and delays with our sale. They clearly do not do due diligence on the properties they advertise.

GoogleAustin Walker is truly a credit to Foxtons because he takes his job seriously and treats the client courteously and although he might not respond to your texts immediately he will certainly get back to you the same day -this quality in an Estate agent is very important especially the client is going through a series of setbacks owing to his buyer not fulfilling certain conditions thereby threatening to sabotage the sale. To leave the client in limbo under such circumstances ignoring his attempts to make contact is not the correct way to go about the business of an Sales negotiator. There has only been 1 staff member at Foxtons that I find competent. The 1 star is for the one person who had great customer service- who unfortunately is not leading on the sale.

I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

I would strongly caution anyone against using Foxtons when purchasing a property. Our experience was deeply disappointing and handled with a complete lack of professionalism, integrity and basic transparency.
