Update: A 3rd interaction and 2nd offer on another property wasn’t responded to. I will be reporting them to the property ombudsman. Also being asked to delete this review three times in a conversation with the new, blathering branch manager, who admitted that the first review was in fact factual, is shocking. The new manager, who has the sales acumen of a hamster, called to inform me that this incompetent girl was unable to do her job properly because she was overworked. It is very clear that Foxtons should have issued a statement on their website informing both buyers and vendors that they would not be able to operate properly within this time between August 2024 and December 2024. If you are a buyer you would not have been able to offer or purchase. Vendors - it appears, in my experience and opinion, that Foxtons neglect to pass offers on or negotiate on your behalf. The embarrassment of another estate agent’s response when I told them I was dealing with Foxtons, was more proof of their poor reputation. Now dealing with an infinitely more competent estate agent, who negotiated well for their vendor, and am happy to say I have come to the end of the ordeal of having to suffer clowns like Foxtons. PREVIOUSLY: Unfortunately the two interactions with Crouch End Foxtons and the same hapless girl have been very disappointing, with either no follow-up after viewing or a follow-up after a month! An offer also wasn't followed up and negotiated. One star for showing us around, but if I could subtract stars they would get *MINUS 4 STARS* AVOID

Having had my property on for nearly a year with another agent I decided to to with Foxtons. Hex, Tom and Sophie managed to get 2 offers from 3 viewings. They were all fantastic. Hex was my main contact and she was incredible. She did everything in her power to help make the sale go through. Even working during her annual leave. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

Having left looking for somewhere to rent very last minute Elettra was a breath of fresh air. She organised for me to see a range of properties that helped put it in to perspective. She is very genuine and friendly but also very knowledgable and if I ever needed to search for a flat again I would reach out to her or foxtons for their help (just a bit earlier this time).
