GoogleMy boyfriend and I rented one bedroom flat from this agency for over a year and they were pretty reliable. Andrea from the agency was always friendly and responsive, whenever anything broke down the agency quickly sorted it out. At the end of our tenancy agreement, our deposit was returned in full. One of the best landlords/agencies I have ever used.

GoogleThe flat I was allocated was in a house full of junkies and I waited two weeks for a bed. The lady was polite but they didn't do much to resolve some of my concerns apart from the repairs that were needed. House wasn't cleaned before I moved in either.

GoogleI should rent an house with other roommates in 23 Grassmere Court, Palmerston Road, N22. We gave all the references and 600£ deposit and waited for an answer. Guess what... They didn't accept our references and they want to hold our deposit too... Give back the money please!
