GoogleCapital Homes are excellent agents. We dealt with Benga who was a consummate professional. He handled the viewings, check-in process, referencing etc, and kept us fully informed in a timely manner. From viewing to move in was a painless few weeks and our tenancy agreement, invoicing, inventory etc... was all expertly handled. Recommended.

GooglePicked up the keys to our flat this week all thanks to Luke Kkama our agent from Capital Homes. I can honestly say Luke was on point from the word “go”. Brilliant service throughout, Luke worked extremely hard to get this done in a timely manner. Top Man would highly recommend!!!

GoogleThey look after the rich leave the poor in unlivable unhygienic conditions and show no urgency or remorse to benifits the situation after knowing my predicament and my mental state still nothing has been done to a reasonable standards the office workers don't know how to handle people with mental health they show no urgency or care evenfter I have attempted numerous times to make contact with them after showing videos of proof that the living standards are disgusting with leaks rats cockroaches moldy wall dirty environments and water leaking over live wires causing sparks and black smoke. Nothing has changed even after the roof had previously fell down they instead of deciding to fix the problem properly they patched it up giving it a temporary fix oly for it to get much worse and still haven't shown any unrgebh to fix it. Due to this problem I haven't been able to se my kids in months because the house isn't safe or liaveble.

GoogleThis is the most unhelpful agency I have dealt with, it’s shocking. It always takes multiple (ignored) e mails and phone calls to get any help from them. We keep having people breaking into the building and consuming drugs on the stairs, after reporting this to the agency and calling the police multiple times, nothing has been done to solve the issue, we’ve been told to just make sure we close the door while entering and leaving the building. Avoid at all costs

GoogleBy far the worst agency I have ever encounter in my life in the UK. They take ages to get back to you, even if is an emergency, there is antisocial behaviour in one of the buildings (THE HUB), that they manage, they have increased the rent of our property by £1000 within the year, while they have stated that they will not, after increasing from 2.000 to 2.600 within 6 months. They have withhold our contract for 3 months after multiple demands to send our contracts to us to sing, so out of the bloom now they are claiming that due to the mortgage payments of the landlord, that they want to increase it to 3.000. Do not make the mistake and sing up with them. There properties are not worthy of your money. They purposefully delayed to send us our contract in order to turn it into a rolling contract, so we end up losing all our rights.

GoogleExtremely dissatisfied with the service I recently received from the letting agent at Capital Homes. I called the office three times over the last four days, hoping to enquire about potential properties in the area. Eventually I got through to the sole letting agent and he was dismissive, unhelpful and appeared disinterested in my enquiry. This kind of attitude from staff members directly reflects on the reputation of the company. I sincerely hope they take my comments and experiences into account to ensure such behaviour is not tolerated in the future. The lady that answered the phone was very nice although unable to assist me further.

GoogleA very good service provided by Benga in regards to renting a property. All the information and instructions were clear, communication was great (always picked up a phone and/or called back), answered all the questions in a timely and professional manner. No hidden surprises on the way and I found Benga to be very honest in managing expectations and explaining the conditions of the rent. Check in was easy and some minor issues are in the process of rectifying at this stage. Very polite, professional maintenance team. So far so good. Would definitely recommend. May be one more important comment for potential tenants: Note that the referencing is done by an external agent which made VERY extensive checks in regards to employment status and history (even contacted a company in Ukraine to confirm the employment!). So be prepared and make sure you check your credit history and the conditions for references. Not sure why some people complained about the deposit not being returned. The deposit was actually a one week payment which would have been taken off the payment once the referencing is done. It was clear from the correspondence that this would have been non refundable if references didn't clear through a third party.

GoogleMy experience with this agency has mostly been quite positive. Benga especially is very prompt and responsive; he helped us so much and made the process of moving, sorting paperwork, reference checks etc soo much easier for us especially as first-time renters. It’s amazing to know there’s always someone ready to take care of the flat, and the agency ensures flats are maintained to the highest standards when checking in new tenants.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting I was constantly burgled by a resident who lived in my block capital had put a metal panel on my front door behind which there was a hole they covered this hole knowing ir was there I was then subsequently burgled and robbed by the occupant of flat 3 capital pretended they had no idea of how she had been entering my property even though they had put the metal ate over the whole in my front door and denied all knowledge of how she was gaining entry to my flat. I feel this was intentional on capitals part. I came home the other day to find my flat screen Sony TV in her flat

GoogleAVOID them And if you cannot make sure that any problem is reported by email. Never trust they gonna be fair if you just speak to them about any problem. I rented a flat with few friends. In the view we saw the flat was just partially clean but the kitchen was awful (there was even rotten food in the fridge that you could smell form the other side of the house), and they promised to clean it before we move. When we enter to live nothing had been done. Big stains on the carpet, opened bottles of alcohol, disgustingly dirty cutlery, kitchen floor full of grease just like the fridge inside. Even the food was yet inside. We reported face to face, they apologized and that's it. We did not ask for any compensation but just wanted to let them know that it was very poor service from the beginning. After that they shorted quite good any issue we had while leaving there to be fair. The surprise came when checking out. We left the house clean. Just couple of things around (same bottles in the same shelf, a box where we put the dirty cutlery that they told us not to throw away). They wanted to charge us £300 for cleaning. After trying to speak to the same person we reported when we found the house dirty he said that was not true. Even when in the inventory that was done a day after we arrived (so most of things were already clean) you could see all the cleaning stuff in some pictures, there is a mention of the stinking fridge (it took us a month to get rid of the smell even when we clean all the parts in the bathtub with hot water and bleach and used lemon and clove to cover the smell) and few things more proving that the house was not professionally cleaned the guy told us that we should say thanks because he did not ask for a carpet shampoo payment. That cheeky agent. We needed to take the case to Mydeposit. Worst experience with any estate agency ever.
