GoogleRecommended unreservedly! I have used Anthony Pepe variously - to rent and sell my property, and also to buy another. They are reliable, expert communicators, punctual and very pleasant to deal with. I've always found them reasonable and willing to go the extra mile in difficult situations. All their staff are wonderful but in particular Nasia Ambriosiou showed a great sensitivity to the stresses of selling property and stepped in repeatedly when the solicitors failed to communicate.

GoogleWe would absolutely recommend Anthony Pepe if you're thinking of selling your property. We've had a great experience selling our house. Ben, Nasia, Maria and the rest of the team were excellent and professional throughout. We've exchanged and completion is now imminent! Ben came to see us in March - everything was straightforward, clear and we appointed AP shortly afterwards having considered one other agent. The photographer was professional, helpful and the brochure AP produced was good. AP already had a number of suitable applicants on their books and fired up interest quickly with many viewings during our first week to market in early April (including a few beforehand). A couple of offers were made and we accepted an asking price offer which came to the table in just over a week. Particular thanks to Nasia around the offer stage and Maria in the time since who were brilliant with answering our questions, ironing out minor hiccups, getting all parties moving in the right direction, and generally staying ahead of the game and keeping us updated. We've ended up with lovely local buyers who are really on the level, no messing around. Thanks so much guys & gals at AP it's been a pleasure!

GoogleI have been really pleased with the service I received from Anthony Pepe Estate Agents in Harringay. I contacted 3 different estate agents for a valuation of my house on the ladder and went with Andrew at Anthony Pepe as he clearly stood out as having excellent local market knowledge, integrity and great customer service skills. They seem to have excellent systems as I was informed about every viewing and I never had to chase them for information. They found me a buyer very quickly and Nasia ensured that the sale progressed and resolved any issues as they arose. She has exceptional communication skills and is definitely one of the best agents out there. On the rare occasions I had to speak to other members of the team, I felt they were fully up to speed on my property and looked after me brilliantly. I highly recommend Nasia and Andrew and feel that the service I received was faultless.

GoogleVery unprofessional agency in 301 Green Lanes... The property consultant Jesal was quite pleasant but made the mistakes which was quite disappointing . After we had to speak to another member of staff Sophie Roe who was quite rude and not loyal. She pretty much told me to stop talking to her on a phone. They gave us a lot of stress and trouble with the flat we wanted to rent by cancelling it 4 days before moving for a very stupid reason from the landlord. Didn't give full information about a whole process after argued on a phone for 40 minutes with my partner. Asking the way to much private information and documents without no need. Took the money for holding deposit and still not guaranteed that you will get a flat. Absolutely unexpected and shocking. Will never come back and recommend to another people!

GoogleWe have rented a house from Anthony Pepe, and they have been the most unresponsive people to fix the repairs in the house. Even the renting process was tedious and stretched. Do not recommend them AT ALL. Pretty ridiculous agency in my opinion.

He was very professional, friendly and helpful; and continued to keep me regularly updated. I have dealt with a number of estate agents, and this had been one of the better experiences. I have no issue at all in recommending their services.

GoogleTried using as a buyer. Lots of mansplaining, not listening and over-talking. Estate agent stereotypes. Strange practices like not issuing memo of sale when offer accepted. Ended up buying through another estate agents and difference was night and day.

Anthony Pepe it’s one of the worst agency’s I ever work with plus Landlord from building it’s incredible terrible guy I reported to them million times that it’s licking and. Terrible condensation in house - reason why it’s that because landlord it’s also developer who not make a good job in renovating the building , they did this super cheap and now you have effects!!!!How do I know this ? I have property investment company where I have top professionals in every sector of property industry and they check this property and they reported to me how terrible landlord make job One of the funniest part it’s that licking from walls the socket with the light switch was floodedThat cost no energy in bathroom - i have to take shower in darkness for almost 8 weeks until princess landlord finally bring someone to repair damage Now when I want to my deposit back landlord and agency want to take from my deposit money for damage at houseDamages that been from not my fault but poor quality of house Anthony Pepe and landlord ( ramek asset management ) Harrison ltd Terrible worst ever !!!! I will claim this into the right companies !!

Very disappointed and disgusted in Anthony pepe estate agents and very rude and unprofessional staff.They were trying to keep my holding deposit for a property on Caversham Avenue N13 because I failed referencing and my partner passed. When Stefan called me following up the referencing process was extremely rude and basically attacked me for the fact that I failed referencing and then Abigail emailed to say they will be part refunding me so because of failing referencing they felt they had the right to keep my holding deposit. I didn’t back down new laws state a holding deposit must be refunded. IT IS ILLEGAL. so eventually Stephanie (a manager) agreed to refund me back but refused to give it all back she insisted that she kept £20 for referencing me. Just shocking please all read between the lines there are many traps and added fees for this agent to keep hold of your money!!
Good afternoon,You would have been made aware at the start of the process before any funds were paid that you should disclose any information that could hinder the referencing process. Any issues would be clearly noted on a credit check report which was suggested to you before the process began and any funds were paid by you.At no point did Anthony Pepe trap you or provide you with misleading information.You signed a document that stated the following-“If at any time you decide not to proceed with the tenancy, then your holding deposit will be retained by our firm. By the same token, if during that period you unreasonably delay in responding to any reasonable request made by our firm, and if you have provided us with false or misleading information as part of your tenancy application or if you fail referencing and any of the checks which the Landlord is required to undertake under the Immigration Act 2014, then again your holding deposit will not be returned. It will be retained by this firm and your Landlord."With this is mind and as a gesture of goodwill Anthony Pepe did not hold on to your holding deposit, we kindly agreed to refund all funds paid less £20.00 which is what it cost to process one referencing application. We recommend for your future property search that all paperwork is read in detail before signing and that any information that could result in this outcome is disclosed to relevant persons.Kind RegardsAnthony Pepe
