GoogleAnthony Pepe had part managed my property for 7 years & as a Landlord I was always impressed with their professional approach, excellent communication & seeing the general pleasure they took in the work they do & the service they provided. I decided to sell my property in September 2023 & I have experienced the same level of care throughout the process to ensure a smooth running sale. They are a great team & considering how busy the office is they always get back to you if you have a query.

I have been using AP for several years to manage my properties and find them professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to assist: nothing is too much. In particular, Stephanie and her team reduce the stress of being a landlord and makes my life a lot easier. She co-ordinates and manages any issues that may arise and makes sure that the transition between old and new tenants is seamless. In particular, negotiating with tenants for damages and bring things to happy conclusion for all. Gavin was very helpful in finding me a property that was very suitable for me as I have been looking for more than 6 months. The fact that he was able to show me a property that suits me so well depicts the level of care he shows to his clients. His professionalism and openness is unmatched! Gavin was very friendly and helpful in showing me around the property and providing me with all the necessary info for me to make a decision with no lingering doubt. Superb if you ask me. GooglePaolo and Andy gave their all to market and sell my flat. The flat sale was launched just after the disastrous Truss/Kwarteng budget - so during challenging times. This did not deter Paolo and Andy. They used their skills and knowledge to ensure that the best sale price was achieved. I don’t think I would have had the same outcome with another estate agent.

After the sale was initially agreed, there were a number of tricky hurdles to get through (as it wasn't a straightforward transaction) - The sales team were very proactive in troubleshooting and finding solutions (including liaising directly with various third parties) in order to get the deal over the line. Very quick to reply and easy to communicate with them, which was helpful on a transaction that had a few unexpected twists.

GoogleVery pleased to have sold quickly for what we feel is a very reasonable price to very reasonable people. We liked the system employed by Anthony Pepe where the buyers are asked for a deposit to secure the property initially. It gave us a sense of security at a time when our family was going through bereavement as did the confident experienced and professional way that Anthony Pepe staff responded promptly to our needs.

From the 1st call I made I felt I was dealing with an agent who asked the right questions. I dealt with Louis in the Haringey Branch, he knows his stuff. I was supposed to have a viewing at 11am today which was booked a few days ago . I made my way all the way to harringay which was an 1hr and 10 mins journey, my train being cancelled along the way . Only to find out my viewing was cancelled and apparently Lauren was supposed contacted everybody . Clearly this was not the case because I was not contacted in anyway . I’m am beyond frustrated. Do not use their services. The lack of unprofessional is shocking. They have all these good reviews on their website that they probably write themselves. If you want to save your time DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES , THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!
