Truly awful and unethical. I had to deal with Jessica Williams on email who was really rude and unprofessional to me, I tried to find a tenancy replacement and they would not accept them. I found 3 suitable tenants who they would not accept on minor technicalities.They had absolutely no regard for the fact that I was a key NHS worker who couldn't maintain the house share, on top of this Jessica was really rude, blunt and unpleasant over email. She even tried to tell me that I would still have to pay even after my one year contract ended if I could not find a replacement.Professional scam artists, please avoid them. I feel sorry for anyone who makes the same mistake I did.*Jessica, not Stephanie
Many thanks for your review. We have looked into this and it seems you have not had any direct correspondence with the Head of Property Management Stephanie Stavrou since February 2020 (11/02/20) which is when you first moved in to the property. Stephanie is not the property manager for the Harringay portfolio. I also note from our records that you requested to vacate the property mid tenancy. You were advised that you could be released from the tenancy following the landlords approval and once a new tenant had been found and passed referencing. All tenants were all joint and severally liable for the tenancy (it was not a room by room let) which means that you were still responsible for the property until you are released.You supplied us with three potential applicants, none of which were suitable for the property in terms of employment/affordability.We are also aware that the property had various tenant changes throughout the years-all of which the Landlord agreed to subject to a suitable replacement. In this case all three people were not suitable. We dispute your claims that Anthony Pepe have acted unethically. We act on behalf of the landlord whilst having a duty of are to all of our tenants. She was the ultimate professional from the moment I called the agency to book a viewing all the way through to completion. She was always on hand to answer all my queries and explained all the steps very clearly at every stage. GoogleThe team at Anthony Pepe Harringay were fantastic and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Andy Loizou and Tim Gray were understanding, patient and supportive when delays occurred from our (buyers) side due to Home Office dysfunction causing visa delays. Later, they were instrumental in keeping things moving when solicitors fell silent. They also helped us work through questions with the sellers and helped get everyone on the same page. I really don't think it's an exaggeration to say the sale wouldn't have completed without their consistent hard work, good humor, patience and perseverance! Then towards the end of the process, Samantha Harwood jumped in to get the sale over the completion line with an impressive mix of yet more patience, positive attitude and persistence. I am so, so grateful to the entire team, and so excited to start my next chapter with my fiance in our new home.

GoogleWe would not hesitate to recommend Anthony Pepe. They are simply a fantastic estate agents in North London. Anthony Pepe went above and beyond to help us with our first house purchase. We had a couple of viewings in the area with Anthony Pepe and in each case, Andy was super accommodating and communicative with us. Listening to the very optimistic criteria for our first home. Having scoured the area looking for somewhere within budget (and failing), we arrived very late to a view this property on a rainy Friday night. Andy waited for us and displayed such enthusiasm that we took a shine to a property we would not have previously considered. Andy offered potential renovation ideas and inspired us to think about how we could make the space our own. We immediately asked for a viewing the next day and the team managed to squeeze us in. Again super patient when our parents were stuck in traffic and late. Josh again gave us comfort in the potential and showed enthusiasm to help us secure the property. After deciding to go with putting an offer in on the property, Andy was realistic and knowledgeable of the process. After a few negotiations, we managed to secure it. In order to benefit from the interest rate rise we had to move quickly, instructing solicitors the same day. Andy suggested a great firm to us and we locked in the mortgage rate that day. Thereafter, Samantha was regularly checking in with us (and the seller) to help move this along. When we expressed a keen push to get this to close before Christmas, Samantha stepped in and made it happen. We will not hesitate to recommend Anthony Pepe to friends - and already have to friends in the area! Thank you so very much to the team for helping make our dreams to get on the property ladder come true!
