Raalf originally came to see about a crack in the ceiling but suggested leaving it as it’ll look worse if it was plastered which is fine as long as it’s not gonna cause any issues in the future. Instead he sorted out all the seal that goes round the windows and bathroom which was coming off and also removed the paint from the balcony door windows which I was unable to do. He also checked the fan in the bathroom as it was told previously that it wasn’t working but he showed me that it’s working fine. Really appreciate his help he did an amazing job. Then you mate

I reported two issues:Windows needed repaintingSqueaky, uneven floor in bedroomGraham did good job repainting windows - he put 3 layers of paint, nothing more to add there!The floor issue is a bit more complicated. He managed to fix the sound, but levelling the floor needs more attention, he identified the problem, wrote down a report. I need to empty the room and the Hill needs to send a crew with all the stuff is needed. I am happy with Grahams work!

My experience with Hill is very good. I called Hill in relation to the problem of the underground heating. Claire Wiggins, the customer service officer, is very patient listening to the issue I mentioned and promptly retrieved relevant emails so that we understand what the situation was, and immediately arranged her colleagues to come over to deal with the issue within 20 min. It is really top-notch.

Would like to thank Peter Miller for fixing the door latch to my bedroom; turns out it was installed incorrectly and the alignment was off. He speedily identified the issue, then correctly set the strike plate and filled the remaining hole in the wood.

4 months after the job was raised Barry arrived to start the work. Barry was excellent. He was polite professional and completed all the tasks quickly and to a high standard. The hill call centre and the arrangement of the jobs and appointments were awful with extremely poor Customer service.

Very very bad quality of the house and services.For the new built flat, there had been ceiling water leak,wall moulding due to the washing machine installed improperly, underfloor heating not working due to pipes got stuck by the dirts in water, etc. All issues happened in a new built flat which was completed just 2 years ago.Customer services not responsive. i booked for repair via phone, they confirmed the worker would come but turned up no show, I complained and they said because the system got issue so couldn’t see my booking. The same happened few times, wasted my time.Not recommended.
