Peter was helpful and courteous and did a good job touching up the bathroom with new sealant and paint where the wall had been marked. It looks as good as new again. Only criticism is that it took rather longer than I expected (because of having to wait for paint to dry)

We had a small snagging job that needed doing. Phil attended to complete the job. He was very punctual, friendly and took the time to check the job that needed to be done, before he carried it out promptly, to a high standard. Once completed he talked me through what he had done, to ensure I was happy with it. Although the job was only a small one he carried it out professionally, with ease and care, with a positive can do attitude. Thank you.

My skylight window has been fixed today! And I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I want to express my utmost satisfaction with the service provided by Andrew and Daniel. They took the time to install scaffolding to access the skylight window, ensuring a safe and precise repair. Additionally, they made sure to clean up after completing the job, leaving no mess behind.I would also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Claire. We have just come to the end of our 2 year warranty with Hill and have to say they have been terrific during the whole time. The Customer service Team, Claire, Emma and have all been very professional and the two people who have attended all our corrections are Andy Delaforce and Phil Way. Both very professional, understood the problems, carried out the necessary works very quickly, scrupulous and very very clean, tidying up after completion of the work and protectecting other furniture during the course of the work. He took his shoes off at the door without needing to be asked and answered all of my annoying questions!
