GoogleManaged to let my property on the marina with in 1 week of it coming on the market. Always so friendly and helpful in the office. I have heard some horror stories from friends who have let properties but so far this is a really positive experience.

Good liaison with Buyer's lawyer and active in pursuing progress with our own (Vendor's) lawyer. All staff personable and very efficient. Worked as a team.
