GoogleMy experience with oakmans has been very good. Any issues that I had were sorted with a quick email and responses were also fast and polite. Mersedeh was my main person I corresponded with and she was always great.

GoogleRyan and Trina were really helpful. After one sale fell through they got straight onto finding new purchasers, which they did very promptly and supported the process through to completion. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleHorrible experience as a landlord. They are not proactive at all and are just a middle man between me and the Tennant. Queries have to be chased many times to be resolved. They increased my management fee mid-contract - very unethical. They falsely advised me that they would raise the tennant's rent to offset this but failed to do so until I chased this constantly. Just avoid them if you're a landlord.

GoogleWe went round with Jake. He was really detailed and thorough with what we wanted from our houses, and then gave really detailed descriptions and explanations of each property. Was also very genuine and honest about the properties and helped us find the perfect house

GoogleI have been dealing with Oakmans for a sale of a property. The communication has been excellent and the sale went through smoothly. Dealing with an employee Alexis who made the whole process smooth and I was provided updates throughout. Would highly recommend !

GoogleOakmans is a superb estate agents to deal with, we were looked after by Tate, he was brilliant with us when viewing multiple houses, super knowledgeable and very helpful. he was so patient with us and our Newborn on viewings. Highly recommend asking for Tate when you use Oakmans.
