I had times when I felt worried about the house not selling - they were supportive and encouraging and offered marketing solutions to help with the sale. GoogleWe rented 458 Harborne Park Road last year. The house owner was not at all cooperative and the condition of the house was not that good. The house owner didn’t provide us with basic amenities and there were the disturbance of flies for which we had to inform the pest control department.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear about your negative experience at 458 Harborne Park Road. We would like to clarify that we take all tenant complaints seriously and work diligently to resolve them in a timely manner. Regarding the issue of flies, we would like to mention that you reported this on 18.11.2022 via the maintenance website, and we received the report on 21.11.2022. We immediately instructed the contractor on the same day to resolve the issue, and pest control carried out multiple visits to the property between November and February. However, we were not made aware that the issue persisted or had not been resolved, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to address this further had we been informed.
