With less than 24hrs notice before we were due to move in we had more hoops to jump through, and with 10 minutes notice before the agreed time of picking up the keys we were told there is another delay.
At every stage they have been very slow to answer emails, very hard to get hold of lettings, and a real problem regarding lack of communication
