GoogleA brilliant, proactive team who in a challenging market always went the extra mile to achieve the best outcome. Communication was exemplary always had feedback, always available to discuss concerns and their positive team culture with the other offices ensured an increased outreach of potential buyers, they genuinely wanted to sell my house. I cannot praise the team enough there were an absolute pleasure to work with and would highly recommend anyone selling their home. Particular mention to Heather who demonstrated astute negotiation skills and held often very shaky situations together.

GoogleWe started the process to sell in April 2022, Spencers (in partnership with Spotlight) Sue / Dan / Tina came around and we signed up. Initially an over priced recommendation. So We reduced it a little and had a lot of interest. Several offers that fell through later in the process, all for different reasons. The market was falling and we made several price reductions totalling about 10% in the end. Through out this we did get plenty of support and a keen engagement from Spencers and Spotlight with us. 18 months later we accepted an offer via Spencers, who did negotiate and chase all potential purchasers and the solicitors. We are now exchanged and relaxing finally.
