All estate agencies are only as good as the personnel they employ and during our recent house purchase in Bashley, Jodie went above and beyond to ensure that things went smoothly. Of all the different parties involved in our house sale and purchase, Jodie, who was acting for our seller, was the most communicative, always keeping us informed of developments. Spencer’s were the agent selling our property and although it took time to sell they were totally professional from start to finish. Just completed a sale on a property in Bransgore. For various reasons (none of them down to Spencers) the process took over a year from start to finish. Finding a buyer is often the easy bit, the real work usually starts after this and in our case this was very definitely true. Alan, Tina and the team were absolutely fantastic throughout and are testimony to why you need a local agent fighting your corner. They are not the cheapest agents in town for a very good reason and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for support during what can sometimes be a very complicated process. They are worth every penny.
