GoogleWas contacted by the valuation expert !!!. Asked lots of questions about my house for sale, as I was busy,i simply said she could see for herself when visiting as just literally around the corner.Was told that if she didn't have the answers she would not be able to value my house ,and then had the utter nerve to tell me I was being AWKWARD!!!. some expert ,I think not .I will go along the road to the other estate agents and find a professional.zero stars was not an option

GoogleTaylor’s on Kingswood High Street sold our property for us. They were outstanding. Selling one’s house can be a complex and tricky process with the agents operating in trying financial times with high interest rates. Taylor’s however believed in our property and knew it would sell. They kept pushing the viewings and were patient but very optimistic and got us a price we were very happy with. Their communication was excellent, frequently keeping us up to date with viewings and viewing feedback and were open to our suggestions in terms of pricing and what we wanted to obtain for the property. They are a very friendly and knowledgeable office who were very good and efficient at liaising between buyer, seller and both sets of solicitors to make sure the sale stayed on track. A massive thank you to Ben the manager, Alex and Phil and everyone else in the office. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Taylor’s Kingswood again. Thanks for everything guys, Alex and Gita.

GoogleAvoid this shambles of a company! I am not sure if Holly knows what she is doing or purely just doesn't care. They will just clear the line when others are trying to contact them, they will not act on anything and they send their clients to useless firms who have no idea what they are doing because quite frankly Taylors do not care about their clients just money. There are other estate agents out there that will help you so much more and not let the chain collapse because they cannot be bothered!

GoogleAlex at Taylors, Kingswood was a pleasure to deal with - from first taking my daughter and her friends around the property - to then being the contact person whilst we were purchasing. We had lots of hassle getting hold of the seller's and Alex was a great "middle point" as she would speak to them for us. It was great to know we had that support and everything went through. GoogleI previously called to request the removal of the sign, which has been there for over a year, yet it remains in place. For that reason, I do not have much confidence in what they say. The sign is located on Soundwell Road. While free advertising may be tempting, it should not come at the expense of using private property without permission. Please remove your sign.

GoogleI had a really positive viewing experience with Lily. She was very friendly, professional and had a great sense of humour, which made the whole viewing feel relaxed and comfortable. She arrived early and gave me plenty of time to look around the property without feeling rushed. She answered all the questions she could, and whenever something required more detailed information, she was honest about it and advised me where I could find out more. Very very poor. Offered for a flat, they said they'd get back to us as soon as they had a decision from the landlord. Radio silence, impossible to get through on the phone. Let agreed with someone else a few days later without us being notified. We needed to get a flat ASAP, which they knew about, we feel messed around and have lost valuable time in our search for a property.

Brittney helped make a very long and stressful process more manageable with her outstanding customer service, ensuring the process kept moving forward even when the whole thing felt like it was about to fall through.
