I had a really positive experience dealing with Lily. When I first met her, she greeted me warmly and was very apologetic that she was running slightly behind schedule due to having back-to-back viewings at the property that day. Despite being busy, she was friendly, professional and made me feel completely at ease. While I was looking around the house, Lily was very knowledgeable and informative about both the property and the sellers. She was happy to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. When I spoke to Lily on the phone a few days later, I immediately felt at ease with her. She was friendly, approachable and easy to talk to, and I always felt comfortable taking my time and making my own decision, without ever feeling pressured. She wasn't like some estate agents who can be overly enthusiastic or try to push you into making an offer. Instead, Lily was always polite, informative, down to earth and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. I've come across a number of different estate agents over the last few months, and Lily definitely stood out. I really appreciated her relaxed, genuine and no-pressure approach, and I would happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I have been very fortunate to interact with Lily, who showed me a very beautiful house. Lily was very professional, very kind but also extremely informative. I liked how she brought my attention to certain details. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, which for me is important. I viewed a property with Lily recently and she is the best estate agent I have met throughout my search. She immediately made me feel at ease and I felt like she really did want to help. Lily also followed up after the viewing with an email and phone call to answer the questions she couldn't answer at the viewing. I have since had an offer accepted and Lily has been fabulous at answering all of my questions. It is really refreshing to have met an estate agent who understands how stressful the process is and actually wants to help. I had an appointment at Taylors last week, plus an afternoon of viewings and both Martin and Nyah were so helpful in regards to the mortgage appointment and the viewings. Martin explained everything clearly and provided really useful information and Nyah was also so helpful on the viewings. Helped me and my fiancée to buy our first house.
