GoogleAll the staff at Tiffin have been so helpful and supportive throughout our foray into selling our house. Totally professional in every way. I really like the fact they are local and independent, and therefore very knowledgeable about the area. Would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience of Tiffin when both selling and buying through them. They offer a great value, professional, service at every stage and we very flexible in running viewings etc around the needs of our young family. They really know the local market which was incredibly helpful. We would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them. Special mention of James and Claire who were both beyond brilliant!

GoogleRented a house from this guy's for 2 years contract , Suddenly after 6 months they gave me notice to vacate the house , Nothing is fault from my side , And even they gave me promise that they gonna give me another property in the notice period time , And at last moment we r homeless and demanding and keep on sending the notice to vacate immediately , They didn't even return my deposit after getting vacate from house , Nothing issues from my side even I pay rent on time, May be my fault that I have trust the agency and paid them advance 6 months rent of nearly £10k Be careful while taking property or renting a property from this agency. Even 1 star is not fine.
We're so sorry to read your review and can hear you are clearly upset by the situation. As you know the 2-year contract had a break clause which meant that either you or the landlords could serve notice for you to leave at 6 months. We know you've really enjoyed living in the property and are so sorry that you were asked to leave, this was no reflection on you at all. The landlords had personal reasons which meant they had to serve the notice. We’re sorry too that you’ve felt the need to give us a 1-star review when we really feel we’ve done our best to help you in a tricky situation. GoogleI cant speak highly enough of Tiffin estate agent. By far the best experience I have had out of all estate agents I have used and there have been many. All staff extremelly friendly, flexible and approachable. Particular thanks however for Claire who has been been extremelly supportive, responsive and proactive throughout, a reassuring voice when we hit bumps along the road. Claire I cant thank you enough.

Overall they have been excellent and really care about getting the right tenants and also managing the sales process very efficiently and professionally, I dont live in the area anymore but if I did, I would use them every time. GoogleIt is always incredible to work with people who knows what they are doing and passionate about it. They were great all along! We appreciate very much the hours and days Claire put into it and navigated us to the end. James who is a professional who clearly knows his job well and as he promised to us, he found the right buyer for us. GoogleI wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tiffin's. From first to last, they have been outstanding. The effort they put into selling our house was very unexpected. We had a bad experience previously with another agent and were very wary, but James put us at our ease, the valuation was realistic, and the photo's were so good, I wanted to buy it myself. The description that Ian put was excellent. Claire in the admin dept. was professional, and helped these newbies to the selling game, every step of the way, basically, holding our hands. Both Claire and James provided outstanding service, helping us to sell our house in record time, during the lockdown, in December last year. It was a particular time-pressured situation as we needed to get to Denmark before Brexit. GoogleI have used Tiffin for lettings over a ten year period. The staff there led by Ben have been very professional and helpful. I give them five stars as they really deserve it. Their recommendations and service is both timely accurate and when issues arise with any letting as they do occasionally the advice they offer is always truthful and helpful to both myself and the tenant. Their communication was excellent both before and after selling our place and were quick to sort things as and when they arose.
