Professional, diligent and responsive to our needs with an extensive network of trades persons to call on when needed; Laura was the natural choice to handle our letting in a time where regulation of landlords is tightening. Charlotte handled letting our property out in Hampton. She took all the stress out of it and found a suitable tenant very quickly, we were very happy with the service for Maddison Brook.

I have just completed a purchase with the team at Madison Brook, Hampton Hill. I'd really like to shout from the rooftops what a wonderful experience I have had. The team is friendly, wise, calm, helpful, understanding, professional and know the market well. From the start they understood my needs and were confident advising me. The purchase wasn't exactly straight forward (are they ever?!) but this did not phase James, Ian and the team. They stayed calm and certain and advised me well. The lettings team have been extremely hardworking and professional and this made a big difference to our landlord experience.During this time they arranged and efficiently managed three long term tenancies for us and that’s no mean feat! I rented from this agency for four years and it was incredibly slow to respond to my enquiries. I had to call them to look up my email because I never received a reply to my emails. They only answered directly to me when they had an interest in resolving their own issues. This happened even when they were Tiffin Estate Agent and now Madison Brook. Even after I left the property and it’s been over a month, they haven’t returned my deposit. Their first excuse was that the property manager handling my email was no longer working with them. They were waiting for the new property manager (which I don’t think should be my problem) to take over. However, after the new manager took over, they told me they needed authorisation from the landlord while they had completed the checkout and left the property as it should be. This is ridiculous to wait for my money for so long simply because it’s taking them ages to deal with my situation. I would not recommend this agency at all.

An excellent estate agent with a personal touch. I used Tiffin firstly for a few years renting out my property, a friendly family run agency, they were great at finding good quality tenants and their management was so efficient and they were always there on the phone, always trying to find solutions to whatever arose. I recently sold that property through Tiffin and again, they were so lovely to work with, they got a sale quickly and Claire was there all the way through the selling process always communicating with myself, my solicitors and the buyers solicitors. She really helped to move the process along and always with a personal touch. I have used a lot of estate agents and Tiffin are by far and above the best. Recommended.

What everyone wants when dealing with an estate agent is an excellent, genuine, personal touch, together with complete trust in all that they do. Tiffin have all these qualities in abundance.
