MB in Hampton Hill are not the cheapest in the area BUT they had our flat rented quickly and Laura and Charlie took most of the stress out of the process of getting it up to scratch to rent. They also diligently do landlords checks on our behalf, they are pretty slick getting work/repairs sorted and very pleasant to deal with. 5 stars well deserved.

I've dealt with both the sales team and the rental team. I have never come across such well informed and trustworthy estate agents, as they have several times given me advice that is clearly in my interest but not in theirs, which I find extremely rare nowadays. They say this is how they work, to build trust with people in the long term, and not just look at short term goals. My mother was an estate agent and she would have respected their integrity, because not all estate agents work like this!

We have rented through Tiffin for the past year and they take a different approach to most agents, they let everyone see a property and work with both the people and the landlord so it gives a fair chance for all, not the just first or necessarily highest bidder. Besides that, they have been super friendly, curteous and professional.. you can tell it's run by a (close) family business.
