Sara helped us find a flat during challenging Covid times in 2020. She is a professional, courteous and knows her stuff. Once you talk to her you know you’re dealing with a pro in this business. She politely noted our concerns post move and maintained a proper record. Deborah dealt with contracts, deposits and move out stuff. She helped resolve any differences in a practical and professional way so that landlord (I hope) and tenants both are happy. They both were proactive and prompt with their responses on all our queries, both during move in and move out. Can’t thank them enough.
