We specialise in North-West London and Hertfordshire and don't spread ourselves too thinly and defy anyone to know our areas' properties, values and dynamics better than us! We are market leaders, handling sales, acquisitions, lettings, management, new homes, land, and investments.

Jeremy Fine was exactly the kind of person you want by your side through this process as he knows how to calm people when they need, to move things forward one that has to happen, to be enthusiastic at the right times and to deal with people with dignity, humour and kindness. They were extremely supportive throughout what ended up being a difficult sale - due to planning technicalities - and despite finding a buyer for us very quickly in a difficult market. We can not commend them highly enough for their professionalism. We would like to thank them for seeing the process through to the end and keeping constantly in touch. GoogleVery positive experience selling through G&B. I'd had a sale fall through, having marketed by myself with an online agent, so gave the property to G&B who quickly got me a new offer which proceeded to completion. Jeremy was on the ball the whole way through, nursing both myself and the purchaser and the lenders and solicitors. Communication and service were excellent!

Both Jeremy and Emma were efficient polite, generous with their time, had great knowledge of the area and true to their word. So happy we decided to move to Godfrey and Barr from previous estate agents that struggled to sell our property. Jeremy got us at least two offers within the first week! Thank you Godfrey and Barr!

FacebookSelling is stressful, but humour helps and not only were Jeremy, Ian and Barbara professional and diligent, they also kept me vaguely sane through the process. A huge thank you to you all. I bought my first house in Mill Hill from G & B and sold my current one through them too. 'Action' in the estate agency world rather than 'promises and platitudes' set them apart from all the rest and they get results!

GoogleI have sold 3 properties through Godfrey & Barr and have bought 3 through them as well over the past 15 years . They are knowledgeable , friendly and most importantly commercially minded and don’t over promise . They “ do what it says on the tin” and work in their client’s best interests . If you want an agency who you can trust ( in North West London ) then I can strongly recommend them .

The staff are all professional, hardworking, provide great feedback after all viewings and have that unique ability of not being pushy salespeople but approachable with great sense of humours and knowledgable. FacebookIn a tough market Godfrey and Barr achieved what we thought was going to be the unachievable and sold our flat - at an excellent price. We'd previously had the apartment listed with another agent for 6 months before approaching Godfrey and Barr. They provided a fresh perspective, new ideas and got the flat sold. Emma in particular was incredibly helpful and profressional. Selling your home is a very personal and emotional rollercoaster and Emma held our hand the whole way.
