We are fully independent with offices in Hampstead Garden Suburb & Mill Hill, specialising in prestigious property sales and rentals since our inception in 1991. We specialise in North-West London and Hertfordshire and don't spread ourselves too thinly and defy anyone to know our areas' properties, values and dynamics better than us! We are market leaders, handling sales, acquisitions, lettings, management, new homes, land, and investments.

FacebookAs a Chartered Surveyor and Auctioneer I deal with many Estate Agents. We sold our home in Hampstead Garden Suburb through Godfrey and Barr and we pleased with the service. We found ourselves in a funny situation of having two buyers and ended up agreeing a sale at 9am in the morning and the buyers were abroad but flew in that afternoon and contracts were exchanged at 10pm that same day!

Always on the other end of the telephone, extremely helpful and mindful of what a stressful process buying and selling a house is. Honest and trustworthy which is most unusual to find when speaking of estate agents. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Even though they were not acting as managing agents they could not have been more helpful and efficient in resolving matters. We would highly recommend them. ,
