GoogleMichael, Thomas & Jack quite honestly have given the best service I’ve received from an estate agent! They were the third estate agent we used and stood out from the rest! Sadly we decided not to sell but should that change, we will be certain without hesitation to go back to them.

GoogleWARNING. Be careful. Morris Dibben are expensive and very poor value for money. We have had a disastrous time with our sale and have felt completely deserted by the agents that were supposed to be acting for us. Thankfully I managed to successfully save my sale but my advice would be to cut out the middle man and market yourself! When questioned as to why they think they earned their fee I’m told the nearly £3000 is purely for them to find a buyer, not to handle the sale!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have found the sales person at this estate agent to be the most unprofessional and rude to deal with. Definitely wouldn’t recommend selling or buying a house through this company. We have been left feeling like we cannot trust this agent at all when it comes to purchasing a property through them. To be told “If you had listed your property with us then I’d have been able to get you in for a viewing” on two occasions almost felt like I was being blackmailed and denied the opportunity to buy our dream house. GoogleMorris Dibben have proved to be highly professional throughout the sales process of my home. They were able to manage the period during the restrictions, limiting viewers to those capable of proceeding and as such reducing contact with those who could not proceed at the time of the requested viewing. Both Zoe and Steph proved to be highly motivated having a good understanding of the market and profession.
