Absolutely shambolic. Avoid at all costs. Yes they might have the fancy brochures and photos, but problem after problem and I wish I had never stepped foot into one of their sites. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Build quality is very good. Use of material; especially windows and doors, are better than other builders. Sales advisors are really helpful and theyβve done everything that we asked.
